Many of my menu items and content windows do not work at my.msn.com. This was not a problem with 3.6.

Hotmail, TV Listings, Movie Times windows (banners) do not open. The menu and option buttons to program these windows (banners) do not work. Nor can I customize any new selections for this home page. The good news is other websites that didn't like 3.6 now work.
