Firefox refuses to go online
I have used Firefox for over 2 years but Firefox all of a sudden refuses to go online. It comes up with the error: The proxy server is refusing connections Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.
- Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
- Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.
The strange thing is that I connect directly through my ADSL Modem to the Web, not trough a proxy. Any ideas? I am now forced to use IE8 again, which has no such problems.
