I can't take a screenshot of the whole page, it goes blank after a certain amount of screen captured. In google chrome it does work.

Trying to take a screenshot of a long google form, it does not work, it can't capture the whole page, the rest of the page that isn't capured is shown as black when looking at the screenshot.

In google chrome it does work taking a whole screenshot.

Also using extensions still the same issue.

My friends are using firefox and they can take a full screenshot of the page, is it because they have more RAM on their devices?
