bookmarks not staying on homepage after restart

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. I put my most used bookmarks on my homepage and everything is fine until I restart my device. When I restart, the bookmarks are gone and I have to put them back on my home page. If I put bookmarks on my homepage from another browser such a Chrome, they stay after restarting the device. Is there an issue with Firefox bookmarks or a setting somewhere that I need to check?
