TB sending duplicate e-mails to me, to recipients, duplicate is header only

I am using Win7Pro, TB v.38.0.1. When I send an e-mail (or receive one) I receive a duplicate--except that the duplicate is only the header, i.e., me as sender, me as recipient, the body, where the message/e-mail would be, is blank. Some recipients have told me that they are also receiving a second e-mail from me, w/nothing in the body, just the header w/their e-mail address.

It's just started happening in the past 2-3 days. I've made no changes to settings. I have no add-ons, only plug-in is Adoble Shockwave and it's up to date.
