gestures are all set to null strings in about:config , but scroll down still sometimes becomes page back !!! help please !!!

this is annoying as all get out !!! i have no add-ons which should affect this !! advice from the web suggests setting anything with the word ' gestures ' in it to a null string ~ i did this !! mainly seems to strike when i am on facebook , but sometimes on other sites !! reallly reallllllllyyyyy annoyyying !! Please help !! thank you ~ ahhh , windows 7 , firefox 47.0.1 , although it has been for a while and several to many previous versions ~
