When I open firefox, two instances (two separate Windows Processes) are launched. This occurs when I double click a Desktop shortcut, launch from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Firefox Developer Edition\firefox.exe", or follow a hyperlink from an email client.

This has occurred ever since I installed the Developer Edition. I tried uninstalling the Developer Edition, but the Standard Edition still has the same issue. I prefer the Developer Edition, since I do js work sometimes and I really like the debugger. I have since uninstalled the Standard edition and only use the Developer Edition. I believe somehow, there is some Windows registry value that is some how double linked, is this possible? I am not sure where to look in REGEDIT to find out.
