Tab switching with keyboard shortcuts

Hello, I'm on a Mac. To switch tabs, I normally use the shortcut Control-Tab (forward to next tab), or Control-Option-Tab (reverse to previous tab). This has stopped working for me and instead advances the cursor to the next field (e.g. behaves like pressing Tab key). I thought I might have accidentally changed a setting, but this issue has replicated itself across 3 Macs I use. Since autoupdate is enabled on all of them, I then assumed it was a change Mozilla had made.

I do know Cmd-Option-left/right arrow allows users to switch tabs, but this requires two hands not just one.

Is it possible for me to customise Firefox to re-enable this shortcut?

Cheers!
