computer crashed. Have backup of Thunderbird and want to repopulate the backup calender into the new install. How do you do it?

Windows 10 O/S had issue and reinstalled O/S. Backed up Thunderbird with Window 10 backup software, so I have all the old files. Installed Thunderbird on the new Windows 10 O/S and want to replace the new calendar with the backed up version. How do I do it?
