HELP! I've installed Birdiesync in an effort to continue to use TBird cross device. No matter what I do, I cannot get my laptop and android cell to connect!

I haven't even attempted the kindle road yet! I really just cannot figure out what I'm doing - or NOT doing that is preventing my devices from connecting - either wirelessly OR with a USB connection. Every time the phone times out and displays an error msg advising that it is impossible to connect to the host... then goes on to make several suggestions for troubleshooting (all of which I've done) Any one have any thoughts? THANKS in advance

Thanks for responding, I guess I just assumed that Birdiesync was a Mozilla product! Oops! Is there pretty clear direction regarding how to contact Birdiesync on Mozilla's website? Thanks again!
