When I type keywords (e.g. India map) for search in Location bar, it does not take me to search engine. Instead it shows following -

The address isn't valid The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.

Web addresses are usually written like http://www.example.com/
Make sure that you're using forward slashes (i.e. /).

Please note -

  • I checked about:config settings, and browser.fixup.alternate.enabled is already set to true.
  • I am able to search everything from Search Bar.
  • I am using Firefox 38.0
