When I open my Live e-mail account using Firefox browser, the account opens in the sent box instead of the inbox. When I try to change to the inbox I get the message, "Outlook.com was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report." with option to close I click on "close" and this message comes up: "Something happened on our end. Please refresh your browser or close it and sign in again." and it gives me option to close or refresh. If I choose refresh then it goes to the inbox. I cannot just refresh the browser when It opens in the sent box or it will open again in the sent box. I have to go through the click on inbox until first message appears and then close that message until the second message appears and then choose refresh. This happens every time I use my e-mail and only happens in Firefox. I suspect that the computer was shut down accidently when I was using my sent box and Firefox has reset to enter back into the sent box, but I don't know to fix it. I tried resetting Firefox to default settings and I also tried uninstalling Firefox, rebooting my computer and then re-installing it with same problem as a result.
