I removed the authenticator app and moved to google authenticator. Now, when I try to sign in it asks authenticator app code and I didn't have recovery backup codes. Can you disable two factor authentication on my account?

Got a new pc.. Tried signing into Firefox.. Asked me for 2 step verification.. No idea where the app or backup keys are.. Im still signed in on my phone tho.. Anyway to disable 2 step? I tried through my phone and its taking me to same page where i need 2 step authentication.

I wrote down my recovery key and hit the download button, and my screen went to a blank page, with aboutblank as a header, and wouldn't go any further. I hit my back key and it took me to my Firefox search page. I still need to finish setting up my recovery key info, etc... how do I get back into finish setting up?

I have unfortunately lost access to the authenticator app used for my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Furthermore, I do not have my backup recovery codes saved. However, I am the rightful owner of the account and I currently have full access to the registered email address associated with it: riadchowdhury908@gmail.com I understand Mozilla's strict security and privacy policies. Is there any way to verify my identity through my registered email address or perform a manual review to disable the 2FA on my account? I only need the 2FA disabled so I can log back in and set up a new authenticator. I am ready to provide any additional information needed from my email to prove my ownership. I was trying to sign in and got an error something went wrong Tried resetting password and here I am telling someone what happened. Changed the password to pair with this device with my computer. Put in the correct digits sent to my Gmail account.

I was trying to sign in using the code you sent to my email and once I used the authorized code it was refused. What could be the cause of that. Who could possibly be tampering with my device.
