My name is Mohammad Kamal Borojerde, and I’m experiencing serious ongoing security issues while using Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a delivery driver working for Deliveroo, and my device is being targeted through remote hacking methods. I suspect that some malicious actors are using apps I’m not aware of to interfere with my internet, GPS location, and even stop delivery tasks that the company sends to my phone. This has significantly affected both my work and personal life.

Despite installing multiple security applications including McAfee (Reference No: 03203372) and Bitdefender (Reference No: 1010231778), my browsing remains unsecure, and settings keep getting changed or disabled without my consent. I believe attackers are also bypassing or disabling Firefox protections on my phone.

I kindly request Firefox’s security team to investigate this matter seriously. If possible, please help me: 1. Lock down or secure my Firefox browser fully. 2. Review any unusual activity linked to my device/browser. 3. Suggest any specific configuration settings that can protect me against remote access or phishing.

Is there a setting for New browser tabs or initial App launch? I know how to adjust zoom per tab that is loaded, but when I “open“ a new tab it’s always 100%. I prefer to see more content, thus a lower zoom such as 90% or 75%, which I can always adjust after the fact.

I am experiencing a serious issue with Firefox on my iPhone. The app activates normally, but after a few hours it becomes inactive on its own, and my browsing data is no longer saved. I believe this may be related to a security or phishing issue.

My cybersecurity services (including McAfee and Bitdefender) have notified me of potential phishing attempts, data access risks, and suspicious browser activity. I have reported these issues to my security providers, and they have opened case IDs to investigate further:

Due to these ongoing issues, I would like your team to check whether there’s any unauthorized activity linked to my Firefox account or app. I rely on Firefox daily and need this issue resolved as soon as possible for safe browsing.

Hi, I am getting pop-up ads for Lucky Strike bowling across a range of websites. It seems this is a browser issue. The pop-ups come every 10 minutes or so. Is this a bug?

I am currently running Firefox version 138. In previous versions of Firefox for iPadOS, there was a setting labeled "Block images. When turned on, it would block images from loading on web pages. In the current version, I am unable to locate this option anymore.

My questions are: 1. Is this option now located elsewhere, or has it been removed entirely? 2. If it is still available, how do you access it? 3. If it is gone, how do we ask Mozilla to bring it back?

I will appreciate any help you can offer on this question.

When doing searches, access website info the screen turns black and freezes. Using iPhone 13, IOS 18.4.1, Mozilla yahoo search. What is causing this, have 146 GB memory available.

Looking to disable Google iOS app from opening when I use the search/address bar at the top of the Firefox iOS browser. I like having the app for using photo search, but other than that, I prefer searching in the browser window. If this is not possible to disable, can it be built in to future Firefox updates? Thank you.

I'm experiencing an issue where the favicon is not displaying in Firefox on iOS. The <link rel="icon" ...> and other favicon-related tags are correctly defined in the HTML <head>, and the icons are accessible at the specified URLs. All favicon files (including .ico, .png, .svg, .webmanifest) are located in the root of the project. The favicon displays correctly in Safari and Chrome on iOS, as well as in all major browsers on Android. Only Firefox on iOS fails to show the favicon, even though everything appears to be set up correctly.

Browser: Firefox 138.0 (54110) Devices: iPhone 13 iOS 18.3, iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 18.4.1, iPad Pro iPadOS 17.7.6

Note: the issue does not occur in Firefox 137.2 — favicon displays correctly there.

I will try to explain this in the best of my ability: Every time I come on the app to look something up or something like that and leave the app to temporarily go to my home screen, when I reopen this app, the tab is either gone or there temporarily then is gone. Is there a setting or something? Please help!!

How do I keep a new homepage from popping up every time I go to another app temporarily. E.g. I open a webpage to sign in to a site, I open my password app to copy the username and password, and when I go back to the website a new homepage pops up. So I have to find the homepage I was working on again. And in doing that, often the password I copied, is lost so I can’t paste it on the website entry. Very frustrating! Is there any way I can set Firefox to NOT put up a new homepage automatically?

And one other issue: can you PLEASE put up a bookmarks banner at the top of the page like you have on the desktop version of Firefox, or like Safari has. Thank you

Is this one if Mozilla’s hare-brained “improvements”. Or is it a bug that Mozilla had created?

The new video player is buggy, previously the ios own video player worked perfectly, why change it?

Now I can't even put the video in horizontal and also it has a very bad interface

Previously Firefox just used ios-own video player.

Will you come back to the ios video player? tomorrow I found out you changed it and I'm sad.

When will you return to the previous one?

I am trying to close all open tabs in my iOS app and it only lets me close one at a time. Clearly there are no instructions or options to close the any time I close the app which is often. Now I have to repeat this one at a time for fifty plus times. All the browser apps can do this.
