I have just reinstalled windows and then Firefox. If I click settings then a menu item it just freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Using Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

Any suggestions?

I trying to combine two similar but different boookmark lists on my Firefox browser but haven't been able to find a working solution. I could use some good advice where I don't need to download any sort of app.

I've been unable to play amazon prime videos on firefox for some time now. It comes up with error message 'video unavailable'. I've followed all the advice on amazon website and google searches but nothing works. what do i do ? (this is on asus zenbook laptop) I've tried checking for updates on firefox and add ons, restarting Firefox, restarting laptop, clearing cache , checking DRM settings and deactivating proxy servers.

When attempting to access the Help & Support section in Microsoft Intune through Firefox 120.0.1 on Windows it remains on a spinning wheel icon. I can access this successfully on the same PC through Microsoft Edge 119.

I have tried clearing out cookies, troubleshooting mode and re-installing Firefox to no avail. I've also tested on another Windows PC and have the same issue.

Windows, Ver. 120.0.1, 64-bit. Hardware acceleration enabled.

Many tasks on all websites result in GPU usage spikes. Very basic functions such as page scrolling or entering text often take a half second to register, making the browser feel unresponsive. I do not have a bunch of tabs open either and am not using any other applications that would be power-intensive.

Using an RTX 3050 Ti Mobile. Newest NVIDIA drivers, 546.29.

GPU usage spikes to over 10% when just scrolling the screen. Help!

Reinstalled Firefox after a computer upgrade and now I'm stuck with a disconnected account and a sync loop. I login and it shows login confirmed but I look in the top right corner where you access your account and it shows that it's disconnected. On top of that, I backed up all of my tabs, favorites and passwords but I don't have the ability to import it from the back up. I'm only given the options to import from another browser. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am trying to migrate from a very old version of Firefox (v. 55) to the current one, but there is an app that is more helpful to me that all the other features combined. That is the "Tab Grouping" app that will not run in any version of FF higher than v. 55.

In my work, which often includes a tremendous amount of research, I need to be able to quickly go from one group of tabs to another. If I had to open all these sites manually, that would take the better part of the day and frankly I don't have near the mental capacity to remember the tremendous number of tabs. I have had a couple replies (Thanks!) to this question sometime back, but unfortunately none were even close in performance.

So, can anyone direct me to an app that will allow very quick movement from different sets of windows/tab groups (please see screen shots below)? Is there anyway that I can get this app to work in Legacy mode? I have several other old apps that work perfectly well in this mode.

Hello, i switched from chrome and loving the firefox and have plan for sticking to it, its great but, There is a issue iam facing which is slow video loading example in Youtube, in firefox the video have to download certain amount so that it can show the video,which causes stutter and slow loading, in chrome its instantly loads we who using with limited internet speed facing this issue, hope you will fix this, thanks in advance You guys are great, sending love

Our IT specialist at UW-Madison is stumped and suggested I reach out to Firefox. He was helping me troubleshoot why Firefox keeps saying it's sending a code to verify my account, but I never receive the code. He has added the "accounts" email to my contacts and I don't know what else to do or try. Any ideas from the community? I need my bookmarks after upgrading to Windows 11 and can't imagine trying to recreate them all.

Fake MCAFEE SECURITY ALERT KEEP POPPING UP in the last 24 hours. How do I get rid of this? I do have McAfee and ran a scan. Scan results no virus. I do not want to lose the current tabs session that I have open, if possible??????

I am trying to zoom in and out on a webpage JUST the elements. I DO NOT want the text to zoom in or out when I do this. I was able to do this within the last couple of days here, but cannot remember How I did so..

Within the last week or so, a certain website (libsyn.com) that serves Podcast audio has been doing something strange to their content that causes Firefox difficulty when playing back in-browser. If I try to jog/skip through the audio, certain portions will cause the time to continue advancing, but Firefox will not play any audio back. Here's a sample. Note that if you allow the full URL to be loaded, then load the stream into VLC, VLC is able to play the audio just fine without any issues.

I have a problem with signing in to my youtube account('s) it tells me that i dont have access anymore.

I tried some fixes like clearing cache, history, proxy and other things you can try. But it still doesnt work

account is fine i can login on other browsers but i think firefox is the best one out there so used to it.

anyone know a fix that might help?
