My doctor's office sent me a list of pharmacies and I had to check one, but my computer won't let me type anything in the circle. This happens on any site where I have to fill in a box or circle with my choice of answer. For example, I can't type in the box below which says "email me when someone answers the thread".

When I go to log in to Amazon there is a grey drop down box that says, Manage Passwords. If I click on that bar it takes me to a page where saved passwords would be on my computer. That box just started dropping down today. I called Amazon and it doesn't have anything to do with them. How do I get rid of that drop down box when logging into Amazon. I feel like my account has been compromised somehow.

Sometimes when watching a video on hulu (and maybe other similar sites) after a commercial the screen is all messed up and I have to stop the video and reload to get a picture. The sound is fine but the picture is messed up. This only happens with firefox. Any ideas on how to fix this?

i can only use the Google Ai Chat Combo for one prompt. following which, the chat combo shuts and become unavailable for writing any further prompts unless i have refreshed the whole page which leads to losing the previous answers to prompts . how to solve this issue?

I'm using Windows 10 and have just completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

PROBLEM: Using MS Office 2021, OUTLOOK, when I select "EMAIL LINK" I get two windows, the expected one with the email link in the body, and one much smaller that is blank.

The second smaller window is an extra and serves no purpose; except that I have to close it. After an hour with a senior Microsoft tech this morning, he said the problem with with Mozilla; that everything works normally (only one window opens!) - leaving Firefox/Mozilla as the source of the problem

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, clearing the cache, etc., etc. so I have nothing to attach. ALSO, when I tried to "Share Date," there was an error and I 've had to retype the above again. So, if you need more that the info I've given, please let me know.

Trying to connect to yahoo mail (currently.com) and keep getting error messages. All other websites on firefox work.

for some time now I can't use Grok(x.com) in Firefox(137.0.1 (64-Bit)) anymore. "Something went wrong" is always the answer.

Troubleshooting Mode doesn't help. Disabling any site restrictions, neither.

Any one else? Any ideas?

On our Church website, we can't get Firefox to display our Box.com, sermon archive embed with Firefox (all the other browsers we tried work). It worked until some of your more recent changes. We can't expect low tech members of our Church to be able to go beyond default settings.

• Detailed version:

While we appreciate the added security that Firefox provides, Firefox is becoming impossible to use for so many legitimate websites. For example: Mail.com does not allow logging in via Firefox. This is where we get our personal email service, we have to use Chrome to access our mail. Mail.com actually tells us mail.com will not work with Firefox by name when we try to log on. More importantly we run a Church website that has embed codes from Youtube.com and Box.com. We found a way to get Youtube embeds to work but we can't get Firefox to display our Box.com sermon archive embed with Firefox (all the other browsers we tried work). It worked until some of your more recent changes. This is the Box.com embed code in question: <iframe src="https://app.box.com/embed/s/rcrtr0fquc8eagwtqfxohfu3ltk1l5mu?sortColumn=date" width="500" height="400" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen></iframe> We tried unsuccessfully in setting to make this embed work even though this is not really a solution. I'm finding some web pages are not working correctly or are not working at all. I know it's not the web page as other browser's are working fine. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I've been able to sign in to bluemountain.com on my desktop for years, but I can't now. I can sign in on my android phone and tablet.
