Norton recently issued a major update to their Norton 360 software. Since then the passwords that I saved in Firefox's password manager do not work. I go to the webpage and the passwords simply do not show up and cannot be used. Did Norton suddenly block the Firefox password and sign in function? Call me Puzzled.

As is known, Google likes to offer to sign in users on 3rd party sites. I have no interest in using Google to sign in to websites. How does it even know I'm there? It's following me around the web. I've tried in vain to find a way to turn this feature off. Does anybody know how to do it?

Hi, 2 days ago I switched from Chrome to Firefox. I buy a lot of stuff online from many shops, so I really need the autofill feature. I checked and it is available only in some locations, ex. France. Will it be available in Poland in about a month?

I've tried everything that was suggested under the settings tab for password saving. I have enabled it for all websites, and yet FF is not saving any of my passwords. I also tried to import my PWs from Google. Still blank. What next?

A few weeks ago, I checked my passwords and logins tab only to find there was nothing there anymore. Completely blank. I must have had at least 50 logins saved there. I'm not sure if there was an update around the time, but I believe I checked and saw there was. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you able to get them back? This is my wake up call to completely stop using the password manager feature of any browser ever. Totally disappointed

The password generator of Firefox is usually just adequate. However it sometimes generates a password I don't want to use. Maybe it contains a swear, or something gross.

I would have thought if I erased it from the input box, and then hit the option to suggest a strong password over again, it would give a different securely generated password. No go, same one again. I tried going into the password list and removing the password, then going back and hitting the generator again. Must make a new one, right? No, it stubbornly returns the same exact bad one.

What is going on, and how do I make Firefox actually re-do the password generation, instead of repeating the same one?

Since the software update 3 weeks ago, I've not been able to login to my retirement acct (Chrome works fine) Is there a way to tell Firefox to allow access to a particular website?

I'm trying to access to my account of my Favor Runner account in my delivery job and found a "Potential Security Risk Ahead" notice. How this can be resolved on your side? (you wrote that on my side I can do nothing).

With the recent FFX update the SIGN OUT option is missing from Clear History. I quite often have a number of tabs open to different sites, and it was very convenient to sign out of all sites at once, using that option. Now I have to check each site to be sure I'm signed out. Is this a change Mozilla chose to make, or a bug in my update download? Thanks.

So "delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is disabled, i even tried to reinstall the browser couple of times but sadly problem did not go away, every time i close my browser and open it back again i need to enter all my accounts and such again, which is obviously really not cool and id like my browser not to do that, on the internet all i found was about that one setting and that you should turn it off, but what do i do if its already off? ;_; Maybe there's some windows setting that keeps doing it i don't know... Extensions i tried to delete/disable didn't help either and at the moment of writing this i have no extension downloaded.

I am trying to recover my bookmarks and history on this same PC i just re installed windows but I am having trouble figuring out the login email and what not I was using. My main email is [edited] @msn.com I also have [edited] @gmail.com [edited] @yahoo.com [edited] @gmail.com and [edited] @gmail.com I have tried all these options and none have my bookmarks. I am pretty sure I had backup and sync enabled and just racking my brain trying to remember maybe what the icon looked like or something I can associate to sort out what I had on this PC. My kid was using one of the log ins on the other PC so didnt delete my bookmarks or keep our info separated. I even tried searching on my phone and im coming up with blanks. I should have checked or downloaded the file that helps u recover but im tired and this is driving me nuts please help
