I don't know if that was supposed to look like, but when rendering MathML in Firefox 124.0.1 when one uses "mtable" element the browser adds very huge gaps around.

see my screenshot: 1. this smal ? arrow - show tab titles- how can i disable in about:config 2.other symbol -extensies are empty...how can i add here my addons? 1- i dont have it in my desktop and 2-in this desktop i see all my addons, in this symbol.these screenshot are from my new laptop...

I used to be able to access all bookmarks from the Library icon on the address toolbar. Now, it only shows a list of what it labels "recent bookmarks" (the bookmarks shown are really not recent). I would like to be able to open the Library and access all bookmarks, which is the way it used to work. I will attach a screen shot to illustrate what I mean.

How do I perform very basic editor functions like add/remove/move a page in the new Firefox PDF document editor? I am in the Mainstream Firefox 124.0.1 64-bit. Thank You, David

Fiz a configuração para sempre perguntar onde salvar arquivos nas configurações, em aplicativos em "Tipo de Conteúdo" selecionei o PDF para "sempre perguntar". Acontece que quando seleciono para abrir o documento pelo adobe ou pelo firefox, ele está está salvando na pasta Downloads automaticamente, e eu não quero que salve. O meu Firefox está atualizado na versão 124.0.1. Windows 10 Pro 22H2. Meu Firefox está salvando os arquivos PDF na pasta Download mesmo eu não querendo salva-los. só quero visualizar. Enviei imagem da minha configuração.

Issue: The "Recommended stories" setting for the new tab default home page periodically re-enables itself.

Version Info: Firefox 124.0.1 (64-bit) OS: Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon

Additional Information:

• I do not use pocket, at all
• All settings that I can find related to pocket are disabled
• I do use Firefox Sync, however the other device (124.0.1 (64-bit) on pop_os!) does not have this issue
• Does not correlate to version updates (Mint has automatic updates disabled in policies)
• Does not occur after a simple restart

I am tired of disabling this setting and having it return seemingly randomly. I have no interest in these stories, and consider them spam.

Please assist me in determining why this is happening on this device and how we can go about preventing it going forward.

How do I stop firefox from automatically downloading files from the internet when I click on them - without even asking me if I want to download them in the first place. In "Applications", selecting "Always Ask" in "Choose how firefox handles files etc" does not work. Firefox never asks. If it cannot be disabled, I will have to stop using Firefox.

I get this message from Gmail when I try to print or open in a new tab.

"Grrr! A popup blocker may be preventing the application from opening the page. If you have a popup blocker, try disabling it to open the window."

I can not find a way to fix this and did not have this problem with the previous version.

I have checked on other browsers (Edge and Opera), and I have no problem with them. Its also ok on my mobile phone ... with Firefox !

This is the procedure I followed:

Close firefox

Copy previous.jsonlz4 file to the main level in the profile

It has all the tabs i used to have in it because I made a backup a few days ago

Rename the file to sessionstore.jsonlz4

restart firefox

I get the same single tab I had before i did this

when i go to history tabs, all that is there is the single tab i currently have

My home screen and all other browsing screens are so high and wide that I can't scroll down because the side slide bar is not on the screen. I have no idea how this happened! I can't find any articles that help me reduce the screen size that I can understand. There seems to be no solution option in firefox settings to adjust the screen size. The View tab does not help because it just offers zooming of the data on the screen, not the actual size of the screen.

Recently, I have been unable to hold down backspace to delete multiple characters in certain text boxes in Firefox. Namely, in the EndeavorOS forum post text box, Google Docs, and the google search box. I am not experiencing this issue with any other app, and in chrome, with the same pages, the issue doesn’t occur. The issue also does not occur in the URL box or the forum post text box here. The issue still occurs in troubleshoot mode.

I can hear NO AUDIO on ANY webpage, when in Firefox. I have gone through all the suggestions on this page: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-to-do-if-firefox-wont-play-any-...] but still have the problem.

Once again, MS Edge updated itself without my permission and set itself as default browser. When I restored Firefox as browser, my history and bookmarks are all gone. How do I get them back?

Firefox doesn't work with power management. It essentially turns the screen off and then sends the laptop to sleep when watching videos (in full screen). I have tried to disable hardware acceleration, but it didn't fix my problem. I am on 124.0.1 version - flatpack version on fedora, as the actual fedora version from "discover" app center cannot play videos at all. I am running on fedora 39, kde plasma, wayland.

My old ssd suffered a fatal capacitor melt down. I have a new one and used my account recovery key when i installed Mozilla. However - NONE of my bookmarks or saved passwords have appeared!!! Previously running Windows 10, which is also running on new ssd. I'm not a fan of 11, resigned to install if it means I recover lost data! What did I do wrong? How can I recover them? I've installed firefox and weirdly when I use youtube or just browsing the CPU is 250 and it's draining my new mac really quickly. This did not happen before on my previous mac. Seeking some help and answers, went to Apple genius bar and they've stated is the firefox application that is causing the fast drain of power.
