My Firefox just updated and now I can't get into my gmail. I have tried all the sign in methods and nothing works. It's very frustrating. If I can't use my gmail, I won't use Firefox. How do I solve this problem?

I'd like a simpler easier way to swap out the background of my browser page like windows using windows or chrome slows my laptop down so much and the lack of basic personalization is freaking me out something horrid tbh I just wanna customize my system

As an educator helping students learn Quran online, we use websites like https://www.holyquranclasses.com https://www.holyquranclasses.com that autoplay short audio recitations to aid pronunciation. Recently, Firefox seems to block these autoplay audios unless users interact manually. Is there a way to whitelist such sites or change settings so students don’t have to click each time? It’s affecting user experience during lessons.

Are there recommended settings or permissions we can configure for this?

Firefox desktop on Linux (Mint). Ctrl-shift-C normally opens the Inspector tool. At a minimum, I want to disable *that* behavior as it is very jarring and annoying to have the Inspector open up when one is expecting to copy some text from the webpage or URL bar. It would be nice to also be able to map that keystroke combination to the expected clipboard-copy.

When I try to access https://www.apro.bid/affiliate/michael-clark-410 it just keeps retrying, blinking. It is the only site that does this. I use windows 7 Is it my system or the browser? A setting in my browser? Charles

All this information about changes coming in July is thoroughly confusing to me. All I want to do is to continue is to to use Firefox as I have for the about the last 20 years. What if I don't do anything, will I still Have normal access? I am 83 years old and definitely not a techie. Just not interested in making changes unless someone leads me through them in simple steps.

When I try to log in to my emails I get a message saying Network Protocol Error. Firefox has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired. I cannot get into my emails. How do I solve this problem?

I would like to be able to view the names of tabs and the address bar. I am able to adjust the page views and all is well there. I do not want to use stronger glasses just to view the tabs and address bar and then switch to another strength of reading glasses.

Hello, Until recently, I was able to double tap the browser bar and have the window expand to fill the screen just short of "full screen" mode so I could still see the menu/task bar. I remember I did need to adjust settings for this somewhere but can no longer figure it out now that it is not functioning to this spec any more.

I did check about:config to see if "apz.allow_double_tap_zooming" was set to TRUE and it is, by following this suggestion below:

In other browsers, I zoom PDFs using Ctrl + mouse wheel, but lately in Firefox, this only works intermittently. It functions for a while, then suddenly stops responding. Is this a known bug, or is there a setting I need to enable?
