I'm not currently able to sign into my UK account using this link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/account/ When I type in my email address and click continue I just get a circular loading symbol going round and round forever. I'm able to sign in using the US sign in link for some reason. I'm not able to sign into Firefox overall though, so none of my bookmarks etc. are synced. I have tried on two different laptops a week apart with the same results.

I tried but firefox tells me to update this browser which is not supported by Mac 10.11.6 anymore. Do you see any chance by proper configuration? I guess I am not good enough

Currently, if I want to effect a search the Firefox web homepage uses the address bar across to top of the page. I want to set a preference/priority to using the search bar beneath the Firefox logo/brand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Been with Firefox for around 17 years now and always thought that it was great. But now seeming to be having a lot of new problems. Hulu...impossible; and "they" even say that "Firefox" likely to blame. Skype...now really messed up; but still working fine with Edge, etc. So Mozi just got too big for yer britches and don't care about your old customers anymore...and just like so many other companies nowadays...Starbucks, ETC! The way its going, then soon probably Sayonara Firefox...RIP.

Starting maybe 2 months ago, when making online purchases, I could not enter a credit card number into the box to make a payment. (Name, address, etc is okay.) The cursor would not "register," & the box would be greyed out. I'm running Windows 11 Pro, Firefox 129.0.2. It's not my antivirus, because I can go to Microsoft's browser (ugh), & make my purchases. How do I stop these recurring update notices? Every 3 seconds. I'll update when I am ready as this current one does not affect me at all. For a while I fell for it, stopped what I was doing and did the ridiculous update, it still continues! I can move on to a different non-Mozilla browser if I have too. Return the option to not update and/or do it manually. FF127.0.2

I have ordered some goods online and have been offered the option to track the goods. But I can't, because Firefox thinks the tracking page has a fake certificate.

I can go to the website of the delivery company and it has a box where I can enter the order number. This is ambiguous (more than one supplier uses the company) so it lists the two possibilities. I click on the right one and it is at this stage I get the fake certificate warning. I cannot bypass it, because trying to do so simply brings up the same warning.

I've been in touch with the suppliers. Their customer service desk can track the order with no problem. So where is the problem?

They say they can track it using Firefox on Windows, Android and Mac systems but have no Linux available. I only have two Linux systems here (Ubuntu 22.04 and 20.04), running the latest Firefox on offer (128.0.2 64 bit), both of which throw up the fake certificate problem, but with slightly different certificate dates (within the last 5 weeks), older than the genuine cert. I have pdfs of both the genuine one and one of the fake ones as produced by Firefox.

This is not a show-stopper this time as I can track the order by phone and email, but there is clearly a problem somewhere, either with both the Firefox versions I have or with the certification verification process.

If it's a Firefox issue, I don't know how to let them know.

I opened BigFishGames today and have suddenly gotten an error message "For the best experience, please enable local storage in your browser settings. Some features are not available when local storage is disabled." I went to the settings and allowed exceptions to all the things (pop-ups, cookies, tracking, etc.). None of that worked.

As I couldn't figure out how to do this I went through your FAQs. Found someone who had the same issue on his MAC and followed the instructions given there by an administrator. That being to go to https://firefox-storage-test.glitch.me/ and run that test. It shows there's nothing wrong. BigFish still shows it's error message.

This is one of my favorite sites and I use it daily. Yesterday I was able to access it just fine, today I can't even get their login script to show up. I haven't had any Firefox updates in several weeks, either. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Here's what I've tried so far: -- network connection stable, other browsers work fine. -- disabled plug ins and extensions -- completely cleared cookies, cache, and history -- opened in safe mode (hold down option key and launch app) and refreshed Firefox -- opened in safe mode as above and entered troubleshoot mode

Is there anything else you can think of to try? I'm not able to find any new suggestions yet on the knowledge base here.

Dear Mozilla team, as a old fan from early days of Mozilla Firefox, Im quite dissapointed with the same issue I am facing with Firefox browser. Even I created my profile, which one you can check from which year has been created, even after I synchronised all my bookmars, passwords etc etc, still no data is restored. I formated my laptop last week and thought that this time, with syncronising I will save a lot of time buut veery dissapointed again. STILL I am not having back my 100+ login details saved on Firefox. Also tabs. Now, on my browser promts taht my account is all syncronised but still blanco browser, with not a single saved data!

I will appreciate your help to get back my data, as soon as possible.
