I used to have no problem opening messages.google.com/web/conversations to link my messages to my Pixel phone. Just recently the site will not open in Firefox. Not an error message, it just won't open the page.

I get the message: Gmail may not work well with this browser version. Please upgrade to a supported browser. Just got it today. FireFox is version 125.0.3 for Windows 11. On gmail help, it said to disable extensions and add-ons. I did this, restarted Firefox and get the same message.

Asking again. Support won't help. Volunteers won't help.

IS THERE A SECURITY SETTING I NEED TO CHANGE TO ACCESS MY BANK????????????????????

PC, Windows 10, Firefox user/advocate/supporter since it was Netscape Navigator.

My Firefox browser is up to date but I cannot log on to my Bank website. As soon I enter my Logon info I get logged out, however I can access the site using MS EDGE. This is a recurring problem. The website recognizes Firefox as an valid browser. Occasionally I have been able fix problem by clearing the browser Cookies/History but at present none of that works. Do you have any suggestions? My preferred browser is Firefox so this problem is frustrating.

Jack here. I am a non-tech person and don't know the technicalities behind this issue. I have a Digital Media Website which loads and works quite fine when opened in other browsers but the site is loading very slowly in Mozilla and when it does load it has breakages.

Can anyone please tell me what the issue might be and how to fix it?

I can no longer log into my social security account using Firefox, but the login does work on edge. When I try login on Firefox, I get the following error message:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

The initial web site is https://www.ssa.gov/. From there I hit "Sign in", and get to https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.action using Edge, but get just the error message using Firefox.

There is another route, which is through https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/. Hitting either account or sign in on that page will work on Edge, but gives the same error message on Firefox.

When using picture in picture on Prime Video, my subtitles aren't showing up in the window, but instead on the original page, despite prime video being one of the original supported websites. Any ideas on how to fix?

I have a website that I host. It is behind a proxy. It is a resolvable FQDN with DNS hosted by a major provider. The issue is when I browse to it via Firefox 124 it eventually errors out with connection reset, however if I open a private window it goes right there. I have tested other browsers and it works fine with them (Chrome, Safari, Vivaldi). I thought maybe it was plugins so I tried shutting off plugins one by one restarting after each one and that did not help. I tried in safe mode and could not get there. So I backed up my bookmarks and wiped out the directory and all for Firefox and tried on a fresh directory and that did not work except in private window mode.

Why aren't pull-down menus, behaving consistently, on Firefox on an M1-Max Mac on macOS Sonoma ?

The pulldown-menus don't persist, long-enough to click-upon a selection .

Anyone experiencing issue with YouTube on Firefox - I am not able to select suggestions on YouTube search using up/down arrow keys - On Ubuntu 22.04 - Firefox 124.0.2

I have tried several suggested fixes to get the Washington Post website to work properly, including reloading Firefox. Links within the site fail to load, pictures are hazy low-resolution, sometimes content doesn't display at all, or does so briefly before going blank. The problem seemed to start after an update 2 weeks ago. I am about to give up trying to fix this, and choose another browser. I don't understand why the problem only affects the WaPo website, which runs fine on chrome or Safari.
