Every so often while browsing, for several FF versions, now, hover card functionality on some sites will simply stop working, even after a complete browser restart. Eventually the cards come back on their own.

Not a crucial issue, frankly, but an annoying one, and I'd like to know why it keeps happening and what can be done to stop it.

After installing Firefox on a new Windows 11 laptop, I've noticed some issues with the scroll bar. If I'm trying to view comments on Medium, for example, I am unable to scroll in the comments window as the main page scroll bar blocks it. I did not have this issue with Firefox on my previous Windows 11 laptop. I've tried changing some settings to see if it makes any difference with no success. I found a previous question regarding a similar issue where someone replied with a suggestion to toggle the "Always show scrollbar" option in the General > Browsing settings, however this option does not exist in my settings.

As seen in the attached screenshot, both scroll bars sometimes appear at the same time. However hovering the mouse over them activates the main windows scrollbar, making it impossible to scroll in the comments window. Trying to scroll the comments window with the keyboard arrow keys also does nothing.

I would really appreciate some advice on how I can fix this!

To whom it may concern, Hi, I haven't been able to access this website for a couple of weeks and have never had any problems opening it in the past. Have contacted the bus company and they do not have any issues at their end. This is the error message I still continue to receive and don't know how to correct:

I've recently had trouble logging in to some websites but not others, most recent example is Bandcamp. My login credentials are correct and work on mobile and other browsers. I have tried deleting my cache and cookies to no improvement.

I think the v127.0.2 fix to the Youtube buffering issue also fixed the frames being navigated in the wrong order when using < and > to navigate frame by frame. For several months it would occasionally skip a frame with one tap of the button then show the frame it should've shown when you tapped it again.

Mission Federal Credit Union account page loads but does not allow account info to load. Mission Federal tech say it is a problem with Firefox. Please fix. same problem through two updates of your software.

I have been trying to read article comments on Fox News Digital (https://www.foxnews.com), but the comments are not showing up. I am using a MacBook Air with Sonoma 14.1. I am using FireFox latest edition and have updated FireFox but comments are still not showing up. Comments do display in Safari logged in to foxnews.com or not. I would put a jpg in this request for assistance, but it wouldn't show much just a white space where the comments should be.

I using an ASIS Latop model X756U running the Windows 10 Operating System. Firefox is my default browser.

I installed the Opt-Out Google Analytics Extension on 9 June 2024. The intent was identify which of my applications are using Google Analytics by testing them and seeing which ones were broken.

Having done that I removed the Opt-Out Google Analytics Extension from the Firefox Extension list.

Unfortunately the extension remains active and continues to disrupt my browsing experience.

How do I remove this extension permanently?

I'm a long-time Firefox user (I probably came here straight from Netscape!) but lately, I'm starting to see tons of issues, often after every update.

Things that might help: 1. I'm mostly a Windows user, although I have a Mac. I have a LOT of Windows boxes (don't ask) - a couple of work laptops, some private laptops, a couple of micro-desktops that are connected to TVs and so on. This might be relevant, because they're all synced.

2. My profile is pretty old - over 10 years.

3. I've entirely disabled any ad-blockers or add-ons.

So issues happening on multiple machines in the last 24 hours: eBay. Over the last few days, when logging into eBay, if I do a search, I can't change any of the filters along the top Condition, Location, Sort: Best Match etc. I can click on them, but nothing happens.

GoFundMe. I tried to donate tonight and when it toddled off to Paypal, it came up with some kind of Localhost error after I clicked on Submit. Did it on Chrome, and it worked perfectly. Fortunately, the money didn't come out multiple times.

Oracle E-business. I'm sure many of you use this at work. I genuinely can't login to this using Firefox unless I use a private window. I've cleared my ENTIRE cache. Even went into the Folder and manually cleared it all out. If I try and login without being in a private window, I get "Your session is no longer valid or your logon information could not be reestablished from your session."

This is all since the last update to 127.0

I've recently had a full Windows reformat, and I'm setting my PC back up. I used the Firefox profile to resync my data to the new Firefox install, but I'm encountering a glitch with Youtube where I'm already signed in(Gmail, and all Google-related products work perfectly fine), but it's not capturing that data somehow.

I've attached a screenshot where, on the right you'll see my sign in was successful, but on the left where my user platform should be, it's prompting for a Sign in. Clicking on Sign in only refreshes the page, and I have limited options as to what I can do with my profile if I were to click on my profile picture at the top right corner. Additional screenshots labeled Firefox.jpeg and Chrome.jpeg that shows what I can see on Firefox(glitched) vs what I should be seeing normally (which I used Chrome for this example). As you can see it's severely limited, and none of the options allow me to sign out or change much of my Youtube profile.

Steps I've taken so far: - Reinstalled Firefox - Removed previous profile via profileOLD.ini - Disabled all Extensions - Cleared Cookies - Tried to add Cookies exemption for accounts.google.com and accounts.youtube.com, still a no go - Tested with several Google accounts, same issue - Tested with other browsers including Edge, Chrome, and Opera, I'm able to play Youtube normally.

It worked perfectly well just this morning before my reformat, but when I reinstalled Firefox, and it synced with my Firefox account, it just happened.

I hope you are well. I would like to report an accessibility issue with a website in Mozilla Firefox.

When trying to load https://fafsaprogram.com/ with Mozilla Firefox, the website is currently inaccessible. Despite multiple attempts, the site is unable to open, displaying an error message.

I tested the website on many devices and browsers, and it seems to load without any problems. This issue appears to be unique to Mozilla Firefox, though.

As a participant in the Mozilla Firefox community, I'm looking for help to fix this problem. In my opinion, it is imperative to guarantee that every website can be accessed using Mozilla Firefox in order to offer users a flawless online surfing experience.

Would you kindly look into this and offer any advice or ideas to deal with the issue? Your quick consideration of this matter would be much valued.

Since the last Firefox update, I've been unable to to use the tools in Google Image Search (size, color, type etc).

The text and triangles are now no longer clickable. They're all plain text and the triangle doesn't do anything.

The reason I believe this is a Firefox issue is that it's still working properly in Safari (see second image).

Is this something Firefox is working on? Or am I wrong and it's something on my end? Never had an issue before this week and I've been using the same computer with all the same plugins as always.

Hi. I just hoped on my computer and firefox seems to not want to load any site. Somehow this support page is the only thing that seems to be working. My other browsers such as Chrome is working perfectly fine, I'm able to search whatever & watch videos no problem so it does not appear to be a wifi issue...

Everything I search on firefox leads to a blank page that doesn't appear to be loading no matter how long I leave it for. The menu button in firefox does not work either

I've tried: - Restarting the computer several times - Turning off Anti-Virus - Clearing cookies & data

I am using WordPress, and the Video Player Element does not display on Firefox, although in HTML code is visible. The same problem appears in Firefox troubleshooting mode if it helps.

Do you have any idea what causes it, and how can I solve it?

Upgraded to version 127.01 and can not use it to log into some important (to me) websites. I can use Microsoft Edge without problems. Tried disabling VPN, clearing cache, rebooting, etc. without resolution. Similar problem in the past that somehow resolved spontaneously after several days (not sure why).

Twitch shows error 2000 when I'm trying to watch a video on it. When I watch lives, no ploblems happen. It loads the videos with VPN on. Also other browsers like Edge load videos without VPN.
