I think I did everything on the old computer, and created a recovery key. on the new computer I signed in but, the only email confirmation I received was for the old computer. Signing in from the new windows 11 computer led to being signed with windows 10 as shown under my account.

I rarely used the Mozilla.org site. Use Firefox for about the last 20yrs, love you guys. Logged onto my Win10 laptop, 22Aug2025, about 7pm GMT+1, clicked on Firefox icon, got a little update window, it flashed, disappeared, did not seem to fully update, the screen came on for about 5sec, a flash. Then error messages each time I tried to go onto Firefox. First time this ever happened. When I reinstall I had to spend hours trying to get SYNC to retrieve my passwords, and bookmarks. Also a first, never had this problem previously. Now my history is gone as well as all the sites saved to my Firefox Home Page. What is going on? Also, these messages, I cannot find them in my ACCT. They just do not show up. If anyone answered me, I cannot find the replies. Were you hacked?

TLDR I changed the main drive, a full clean installiation. And when I sign in in the browser it doesnt sync anything. Back when I had to change the former main drive the sync function worked perfectly. So I dont know why is just not works anymore.

I've signed in and synced everything from my iphone to my windows computer. When I go to the sync tab view on my computer, it says that my iphone isn't connected. On my iphone I can see the tabs that are from my computer, though. I'm not great with technology so this may just be a simple thing that I'm missing. Would appreciate any help :)

I have a profil i didn't use since 22 days because computer issues

I need to retrieve ALL my tabs from this device For some issues i could'nt to it all before.

Now, i can see in my firefox profil pge, the profil exist. But if i go to my firefox installed in my new computer, i don't see THIS firefox device with ALL my VERY IMPORTANT tabs.

Is there any way to retrieve them ?

I have two computers. I logged into my account on each. However now the bookmarks are different on each computer. Completely rearranged. Also, the banking window had it's own logins and passwords, but now they are all intermixed. I just want it to work the way it did before.

I created an account on an old PC, in the account it is visible as kos-work-note, now I am on a new kos-ltop, and there is no data at all in the browser, why is that?

I cleaned the AppData folder to speed up the computer, then it turned out that there were Mozilla files, which threw away all my data form browser. I am positive that I've been signed into a Firefox browser account for the past several years (to Sync my favorites, etc.) However, my laptop recently crashed and, when I signed into my Firefox account on my new computer, the bookmarks that populated are YEARS old. Until few days ago i could see all the opened tabs of my first phone on pc using "Tabs from other devices" option. Today i connected another phone and now i canno't see anymore tabs from my first phone. At the moment i don't have access to the first phone as i had to rapair it. Under my mozilla account i can still see my first phone connected.

Hello. I reinstalled my computer and downloaded Mozilla again. How can I find out what profile I was using before the reinstallation, because nothing has been synchronized in my pana@mail.bg profile at the moment?

Hi Yesterday I replaced my computer. I'm trying to sync my account data, but unfortunately, nothing is syncing. I have all the data selected for syncing (bookmarks, history, etc.), and the logs in about:sync-log are empty. It looks like the data from your server has been cleared. Firefox is freshly installed. Please help.
