Something new is happening - there is a slow and very obstructing problem in sending emails - I can receive emails normally but when I try to reply or to send a message, a yellow bar appears telling me there is a huge content slowing my process and asks me to click 'stop' or 'wait' It now takes 15 - 20 minutes to wait to send a message This has never happened before and has been happening for two days now. Please correct this problem. Thank you

Within the last 10 days my wife's computer has been denied access to a number of sites via the Firefox browser and she receives the Insecure Connection message. She uses the work around using the Advanced path button. We are confused why without any changes to her machine this is happening. She is on an iMAC using OS version 10.7.5 and Firefox 48.0.2 and accesses the internet through an internal network, she has Airport installed and is connected to my iMAC which has OS 10.9.5 and Firefox 78.13, and has never had any difficulties accessing sites or with Firefox. We're aware that our OS versions are outdated but all our applications work well and so we see no need to update. We'd appreciate any suggestions and thank you for your help. I used to have a speaker icon on my tabs but it has disappeared. Any idea how to get it back?

Also I lost the "reopen closed tab" function as well.

Please help with either or both of these issues.

Cant Play AmazonPrime videos on my mac desktop (its an admittedly old desktop, cant afford a new one just yet. using Firefox 78.15.0esr (64-bit).

Today, when i tried to watch a videos on Amazon Prime, im getting messages that say "WidevineCdm plugin has crashed" when i try to play.

Is it due to discontinued Flash? Are there any solutions??

I have 3 emails and it wont allow me to log in to my main one because it doesent recognise my password

They have emailed a number to the email that works but i find it difficult to get back to enable me to put the number in

The bookmark dropdown submenus won't open any more. I can click Bookmarks>next random menu>next menu and it won't show the bookmarks. To be clear, I am going to a folder bookmark and then a sub-folder bookmark which won't show what is inside this sub-folder.

Any idea why this is happening?

I get this error message and then it shuts down if I don't stop it by deleting it....

“Error while installing” :Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) Fire Fox then shuts down if I don’t delete it.

Tried ticking the box in preferences

Tried the about:config

changed it to 2 and it is still not working on my new macbook pro

Hello folks,

I'm looking to upgrade my FF browser as much as possible, but I need to run Mac OS X 10.9.5 (for legacy software) on my older iMac.

Currently running "78.15.0esr (64-bit)" and the "About" window says "Firefox is up to date" and "You are currently running on the esr update channel" (Not sure what that means)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I had to restart my MACOS10.12 and tried to restore Firefox but could not due to new version (91.8) which is unavailable on my MAC. I restored 78.5, however all of my bookmarks have been lost. Can you let me know how I can restore them?
