Kind of a combination 'Browse/Download problem. This morning on rising, 07/11/25, Claude.ai's html artifacts quit loading on Firefox. Doesn't matter whether I'm on laptop Macbook Pro or iMac...or iPhone...but it loads in Safari and Google Chrome? Site is fine...document artifacts are fine...but html sits with spinning wheel?

This is more a suggestion than a question, on the homepage for browser it would be nice to have the option for a calendar. Not necessarily attached to windows calendars. Thank you.

Why is there a search term bar in the body of the web page but it jumps to the address bar when a search term is entered. Why would firefox design a place in the body of the web page that does not work. How is this corrected?

Using iOS on Mac Mini desktop, I get no sound on democracynow.org but on the iPhone the sound works fine. Most other streams/videos have fine sound but not imdb.com on the desktop with iOS but again, fine on the iPhone.

Im trying to add sync protection when adding whatsapp and googlechat to my phone and desktop. I created a primary password but it doesn't seem to work. i click on firefox and it continues to just open with no protection at all. what am i missing, whenever i use firefox it still has google listed as search engine

When I was trying to sing in to bit defender I ended up wiht this mozilla package. why did the bit defender have a statement questioning reliability using an ad-on?

This is a bit of an odd question, but I'm gutted. I have pretty severe OCD and AI tools have become very problematic for my reassurance seeking behaviors. I just got all of them blocked using tools like coldturkey and screen time. Now as of this update they're all in my firefox sidebar, and so far I see no way to block, only hide them (the trouble here is I know it's there, if I'm feeling a compulsion it's incredibly difficult not to follow through). Is there any iron clad way to block this? I hate how hard these things are being pushed!

I wanted to completely disable TLS 1.3 when using Firefox, so I set security.tls.version.max to 3 (which corresponds to TLS 1.2). That worked up until I got version 140.0.4 installed - now it completely ignores this setting no matter what I set. I tried using cloudflare-ech.com website for test and it confirms that my browser uses TLS 1.3 with ECH. I also tried modifying security.tls.version.fallback-limit to 0 and security.tls.version.min to 0 to get a possible range of TLS 1.0-1.2, but it still uses TLS 1.3.

I don't come from an IT/Tech background so this has become a hassle for me. I have a "Old Firefox Data" file on the my desktop and that seems to have sub-folders with my bookmarks, sessions, logins, etc. How do I retrieve those to the new Firefox browser.

When i mouse wheel click the bookmark folder, it always switches to the first tab when doing so. This notably doesn't happen when i click the non-folder bookmark. Is there a way not to have this behavior ?

Support Firefox to be able to use different tab view modes on different windows! For example, two Firefox windows on different monitors, in my situation below:

- One on a 1920*1080 hori screen, with vertical tab sidebar disabled - One on a 1080*1920 vert screen, with vertical tab sidebar enabled for this window only in this case.

It brings much more convenience, at least for situations just like mine :)

I have noticed in my Windows 10 Task Manager that Firefox has an excessive number of processes active when Firefox is started with only one empty tab. By excessive, I found eleven (11) Firefox processes today, and I have yet to even start using Firefox.

I have only a simple Theme enabled and no Extensions enabled in my Firefox. I have tried deselection of the "Use recommended performance settings" but this does not appear to help. Disablement of my Theme increased the number of Firefox processes.

Any idea how I can significantly reduce the number of Firefox processes that appear in my Task Manager when I use Firefox? I really prefer to use Firefox as my go-to web browser, but lately it has become troublesome at times.
