Hello Mozilla Community, Why do I only have to enter a password the first time I log in? Regardless of which browser (Firefox & EDGE) I use to log in the second time, after asking for my email address, I'm no longer asked for my password. I'm simply logged in. When I logged in for the first time and was asked if I wanted to save my password, I clicked no (and in Firefox, under Password, it's not). What do I/do I have to do so that I'm asked for my password every time? It's like this on Windows 10 and on my other computer with Windows 11 (both 64-bit and both up to date). And I use a translation program from German to English (I won't "say" that again in the future). Again, thank you in advance for your reply.

I'm finding some web pages are not working correctly or are not working at all. I know it's not the web page as other browser's are working fine. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I want to ask the setting of theme.

If I don't set the theme, the color of window in private mode is dark (and I know I can change this setting on config.) The other hands, when I set Theme, the color for browser of private mode will be also changed the color of theme and it is same as default one.

I want to recognize which browser I'm using by the color of the window. I can do that if I don't set a theme. Is there any way to apply the theme only default browser or to apply different theme to private mode browser?

For the past several months I'm unable to Login to Mozilla Foxfire from my Desktop. The URL I'm using is: http://www.my.yahoo.com - it then switches to https://signin.att.com and I get the following message: "AT&T - It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."

Regardless how often I attempt to Login, it's useless. I'm obligated to go to Google Chrome to access my Yahoo Mail & Calendar. Have gone many years without a hitch, now this. As a long time supporter of Mozilla Foxfire I would appreciate any help y'all could offer. Thank you. esaviles@sbcglobal.net

I'm not sure what this feature is called in Firefox lingo...

On my Mac, Firefox will remember which windows belong on which virtual desktops, and so open up with them on the correct (well, not exactly, but sorta) virtual desktops after a restart of the app.

On my new Windows 10 installation, though, Firefox has learned that a specific window was moved to virtual desktop 2, and now INSISTS that that window should always open on the desktop after a restart, regardless of on which desktop that window was actually placed when Firefox was shut down.

Is there a quick fix for this issue, or at least some way to disable this feature?

Yesterday evening I accidentally clicked on a setting that asked me to stop or deny something and I don't remember what it was. Today my bookmarks and history prior to yesterday evening is gone. Is there a way in the system to go back to yesterday evening and undo whatever I clicked and restore the missing history and bookmarks? I work on MacOS and am using the current version of Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit)

Hi, upon seeing that Firefox 138 was available, I was surprised to see that my version of Firefox is still on 136. I'm on Kubuntu Oracular (24.10) and using the PPA at https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mozillateam/ppa/ubuntu oracular InRelease. After checking https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive/ubuntu/ppa and filtering for the different Ubuntu releases, it seems that both Noble and the newer Plucky have 138 available, but Oracular didn't even get 137.

Is there a reason for this?

My computer will likely update to 25.04 in the relatively near future (there is currently an updater bug that's delaying the rollout), but I'm still curious why this is two versions behind.

I can change font size in general via Firefox settings, BUT! whenever I want to download a file from any given website, the download window that appears, in which I can navigate to a folder on my computer and choose a name for the file, has such super small font!!! And to make it worse, the text largely is in a soft gray rather than a nice strong black!

SO hard to read.

I would love an easy way to make this font always bigger for all these situations. If anyone can provide the solution I'm super grateful!

When I run a Google search or any search engine, the results show a 2 line of UPSIDE down text ( Russian ? ) on top of each result. The page description underneath is the right way up and in english. Any ideas on how to fix this please ? SEE attached image.

I can't seem to login to Twitch with the newest version of Firefox on Arch Linux. This was a completely fresh install of Arch and Firefox with no add-ons (on two different machines). Switching user agents doesn't seem to work either.

Error: Platformversion 133.03.03 is not compatible with: minversion:>= 132..02.02 maxversion:> = 132.02.02 Maybe try to reinstal Firefox?

I have not tried to install because don't know if that would solve the problem and I'm afraid of losing bookmarks

I have been experiencing this issue for a while, but only just now noticed it. When I hover over a tab, nothing shows up; no preview, no title, no web address, nothing. I have a few extensions, but uninstalled any that would effect tabs at all, with no change. All other extensions I have had since I switched over to Firefox. I have attempted to search for solutions, and have followed what I found. Multiple support questions here have gotten the answer of going into the config to change the following Boolean variables to be true:

   browser.tabs.hoverPreview.enabled 
   browser.tabs.hoverPreview.showThumbnails 

but when I went to do so, they were both already set to true. I disabled and then re-enabled them just to check, but nothing changed. I have a ridiculous amount of tabs open, but that's the only other thing I can think of that would be causing this issue. Just in case, I am in the process of closing as many as I can.

Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

I needed to go to sleep at 3am last night to rise for a 12 noon Christmas day dinner. So I am back now.

I have not been able to drag a picture into the text of an email message.

I mark the point of insert with the cursor, go to Insert menu, select the attach picture, and it ends up at the top of the email outside my message. When I try to drag the picture into the text area, a mat covers the text area instructing to insert it here. When I release it on the hotspot, the matted area goes blank and I receive a menu message "The following files couldn't be attached: "filename.jpg". Please try again later."

I seem to be doing everything correctly. I was able to do this some time in the past.

I am wondering if the problem has to do with a memory cache problem. Do I have too many 2000 blocked emails. Maybe a security problem not allowing the attachment?
