My previous email provider Eclipse has ceased hosting. I found how to update sync email by adding another and promoting. I can't do this as the system sends a code to my no longer exisiting email address. How to get around this. I have a gmail address, iandtryagain@gmail.com

Is it gMail or Mozilla that is slowing down the time for gMail to open a new Message? My internet connection is consistently between 200-300 mbps. Also, how to I change the email address on my account? Or should I just start a new account? Thank you.

Hi! I have access to my account and my recovery codes, but my primary email is a deleted alias I no longer have access to. I cannot add a new email because the confirmation code is sent to the old address. Please help me change my primary email.

I have always used FireFoxNow the email that I use to login to mozilla accounts. I cannot gain access the email I use too login.Lost my mobile phone and along with that my sim/number too gain access too my mail account!! See no matter what I do, It asks me to verify my gmail/outlook/yahoo etc

I would lobe to gain axx too my main email address but at the moment I cant get A replacement sim with the number I need too gain/verify because. Too get A Replacement ssim with the number I always used for years now.. they "the mobile provider" want the pin code that came with the sim pack that came years ago!?! Like I have looked every were for that sim card pack to get the original pin code too get a replacement. Shur it was years ago and that pack with the original pin code that of course I changed it too A code I would like. So now i am stuck between a rock and a hard place. No original sim, They wont accept that it was years old "Original pin on the sim pack" and I have changed the pin from the original pin, lost the original pin! So I just lets say for mozilla want too change my email too my new email because I cant login to my gmail, even do I know the password etc but google wants me too verify threw the phone I lost or the number I lost.

Can anyone advise me on how I can at the very least change the mail i use to login here too an new mail I had to make.

Hey there. My old primary email address has been deleted, and I'm unable to check my inbox. Is there any way to change my primary address other than adding a secondary one? I can't access the verification code sent to my deleted address to complete the swap. Thank you in advance.

I used to have the email shortcut with protonmail ekb155@pm.me When I try to login to move my shortcuts to Linux, it no longer lets me login without validation to that email. The suffix... pm.me is shortcut for protonmail. When I downgraded i kept my main login, kbarnsda@protonmail.com My current address is kbarnsda@gmail.com

Is it possible to free up this snag, I have always used Mozilla since the beginning of time. I dont want to switch t o Brave which did allow me to change emails.

I am leaving my old email site. I attempted to add the email address that will eventually become my primary ( ID) but it says that email address already exists...but it is not listed anywhere in Firefox (Mozilla ) that I can find. Typically software issues ..day in the life crap.

I have a problem, i have yahoo account that because of tje 2 way auth being 2 phone numbers that i lost and as mail recovery was one email to each other practicaly i lost any chance to log in them, my only chance is to gve a phone on yahoo in us which i cant afford, i need to change the email from my firefox account so i can still use it, im ready to prove in any way that is my account, i send this from my phone that im using for a long time, ao whqt can i do? I changed my primary AND secondary emails of my Mozilla account (in Firefox' settings), as the old one was part in many data leaks. When accessing the account settings in Firefox, all is well. BUT coincidentally, after activating Mozilla Monitor, I saw that my OLD email is STILL saved on the settings page of www.mozilla.org/de/newsletter/existing/?fxa=1 (see screenshots).

Also, when trying to login using the DELETED, old email (bum*******.de), Mozilla tells me "must use primary email to login", meaning, they still didnt really remove that one!

Why is it still there and why didnt Mozilla change it?? I want it GONE!

I am 68 years old. I attempted to enroll in the identity monitor program. This requires a birthdate to be entered. The entry means involves scrolling by month to move the years back. There is no years selection. I need to scroll 800 months to enter my birth year... NOPE!

A pop-up with a QR Code suggesting to sync Firefox home page on my home computer with Firefox on my phone. I changed to a new email and I don't have access to my old one. There is no link or access on my Firefox browser security page to change it. There is a button to add a secondary email but the access code is sent to my old email address. See photos below.
