Bought a new Acer computer from a computer service last year with windows 11. Was not allowed to access a website, CheapsTees.com because windows10 was expired Oct.14Th 2025. Paypal also shows windows 10 on my account but hasn't effected the service.

The main reason we bought the new computer is because the old one didn't support windows 11. Just to verify, it shows on the invoice we have it.

At about 9 AM EST, 11/12, Firefox did an update that rendered accessibility through my voice navigation software inoperable. I need to use this to navigate the web due to disabilities with my hands. The system could no longer recognize any thing buttons or words on webpages, including the Firefox tabs at the top left of screen. I posted a question about this on 11/13. Later that afternoon, the functionality was restored. However, this morning, 11/13, this functionality has vanished again. Can this please be restored? Something obviously went awry in the coding with this most recent update. Thank you.

bold textSelected text on page, e.g. search terms, are a dark grey color with black text. I have changed every option on setting with no success. I don't seem to be able to specify the highlight. I have tried, I tried overriding web pages to use my settings, high contrast, and system colors (PC, Win 11). This also occurs in eb pages, e.g. the Amazon page.

I use a screen reader and thus do not use a mouse. The only instructions in the mozilla knowledge base for how to generate strong passwords via the mozilla password manager are mouse specific. After much messing around, I figured out a solution.

Trying to set up Firefox on new computer. Haven't used log-in for years. My email account is closed. So code is sent to defunct email. How can I get access to my account so I can change my email address and get Firefox synced to my new computer? Firefox just did an update about 9 AM on 11/12/2025. I use dictation software to navigate the webpages due to disabilities with my hands. The software can no longer recognize any of the tabs at the top of the screen, nor any of the buttons on webpages. This makes it almost impossible for me to navigate on the web. Something must have gone wrong/been overlooked in your coding with this update. Can this please be fixed?

Sorry to bore you with this seemingly banal question. I have quite bad dislexia, and although I have full type spell check on Safari, default browser, I cannot work out how to get it work on FFox. I include a copy of machine learning -the bit I'm struggling with: "You can check if a dictionary is installed and active in Firefox in two main ways: through a right-click context menu in a text field or in the Add-ons Manager" Or this freaks me out: "To get spell check working in Firefox, enable "Check your spelling as you type" in General Settings, then ensure you have the correct dictionary installed by visiting Firefox Add-ons and adding your desired language dictionary (like English UK/US) for spell-checking to function correctly in text boxes. If it's still not working, right-click a text field to confirm the dictionary is selected"

I have tried to use my spelling abilities, especially in our #ClimateCrisisClub multiple online forums, without any spell check and it's slowing me down on wondering if the spelling is right etc. The letter positioning as words is ok, I can spot andcorrect, but again slows up. It's very frustrating, and not a great look in presentation. I would be forever in your debt if you can help me. Yours Oliver.

Using your Firefox browser is become less and less likely due to so many issues now starting to compound given being forced to use Windows 11.

Whenever trying to upload images to Blue Sky and as of today, images to articles published on LinkedIn, I'm being forced to use any browser except Firefox.

For some reason, Firefox is not allowing image to be posted whether copied and pasted or uploaded, as once I do that the images all turn black.

Recently affecting downloading PDF files from LinkedIn also... though once saved, thankfully the PDF us usable.

Previous issues were how I could no longer access ChatGPT using Firefox.

Now it is my fear that Firefox is no longer keeping up with the massive changes that are happening.

Please fix?

When using a pen to write in windows Firefox doesn't detect it and a text box doesn't appear. I've tested with chrome, as well as several other applications and they all work fine. I've also tried reinstalling firefox, as well as disabling all addons. Running latest version of windows 11 and firefox. The screenshot that I've included is what it should look like in Chrome.

Okay I did just get a new computer, but I've had Firefox for more than a decade and I've used Gyazo for about 5 years. Today I am suddenly not allowed to visit a site I have an account with and was able to visit YESTERDAY?!?! I can go to my Gyazo without any problem but when I try to use a link from someone sharing a picture, I get the Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue and am told I can't do anything about it?!?!

This is not acceptable. If this isn't resolved TODAY I will remove Firefox from my computer and go with another service. I appreciate you are a free service, but if you suddenly won't give me the service I've been getting for years from you then I will have to look elsewhere.

Please contact me ASAP regarding this. It is affecting how I do my job.

Good day, I'm trying to use my TAB key on my keyboard to move to the next input but instead it only functions as an Enter key now. Which means I physically need to use my mouse to click on the next input field in order to move to the next section. Such a small and basic function that is now gone- and unfortunately a deal breaker for me using Firefox. I need to work fast, working through thousands of lines of data, I cannot sit and click on every field. None of the fixes I've found works.

The 'reader pane' on my microsoft email remains blank. It used to show me the body of the email on the right side of the screen.I now have to open/download the email to read it. Is there a way to resume the prior arrangement?

Hi I use VoiceOver on my Mac to type quickly and it is integral for my day-to-day tasks. However, I encounter an issue when using certain commands to make selections and subsequent corrections to things I type in a text field.

A brief explanation of VoiceOver I am having issue with I speak "select previous word/sentence/paragraph" etc. (anything that isn't x letters) the command is not executed properly.

To be completely honest the commands are unpredicatble and more often than not select commands do not work.

So if I am searching something on google and VoiceOver mistypes or mishears something I need to manually go back and correct it, this is a big accesibility issue and it's a shame because I love firefox, however this is a major accesibility issue for me.

Recently the shortcuts on the Firefox browser started being greyed out and not accessible. Using iOS ver 18.7.2. Tried lots of different things to chess them but no luck so far. A major impediment to usability

This happens, at least, with Debian 12's Firefox (uptodate), like over 1 year now.

Please help with that too.
