I stored a password for particular web site. When I reset the password and stored it again. but your site does not revise it. then i try to remove it but you offer to passwords for all websites. THIS PREVENT ME TO STORE PASSWORDS IN THE FUTURE.

I have been reading the NYTimes on Firefox for a long time, but it appears that I got logged out without knowing it. I could not log back in even though I used the correct email address and changed my password twice. I can log in on other browsers using my latest password. I called the Times and the person with whom I spoke, after trying to get me logged in, finally said that this is a known problem with Firefox. He did not have any idea about the cause or what I could do; he simply told me to use another browser. I use Firefox for almost everything and this is, to say the least, an inconvenience--for instance, if the Times sends me a link to an article by Thunderbird (which is my email program), I can't read the article but have to find it on another browser. Are you aware of this problem? Do you have any suggestions for how I might log in despite it? Do you know the cause of the problem and whether Mozilla is trying to fix it?

We have a W10 workgroup using an unmanaged switch to hook 5 PC's together through hardwire ethernet. The switch is also the access point to the internet "modem".

I would like to cause the PCs to use wifi to access the modem ONLY for internet and Thunderbird, with the workgroup remaining on the wired system.

With both "networks" enabled in W10 the PCs are automatically defaulting to whichever method was enabled 1st. I have no idea how or if I can "split" the flow and cause FF and Tbird ONLY to use wifi.

For the last few months Firefox has released a stable version and a matching ESR version for OS's that are no longer supported. Firefox stable version had a major monthly release and a minor update as needed. For the next release scheduled in July I see a stable version of 128.0 with two matching ESR versions. I'm trying to understand the difference between the two ESR versions. The two versions advertised as ESRs are 128.0 + 115.13.

Hello! A year or two ago I ran into a problem. While Firefox is checking for an update, it does not load any sites. I have to wait about 5 minutes each time before I can start using the browser. It is incredibly annoying. Has anyone encountered this kind of problem?

Whenever I try to load up the https://edfinancial.studentaid.gov/welcome login page, I keep getting a white page with "The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large." I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to fix it so I can look at my student loans.

Hi! I wish to edit my limit on how instances firefox runs but i cant. I searched up how to change but cant find the option for it. It said that i should just untick use recommended setting in performance but all that happens is tht i get anotheter option to untick hardware accleration.

Hi, how can I zoom in and out on websites without changing any display or layout? For example, on some sites, zooming changes the layout of the text so that it all fits on the screen. Or zooming on some sites doesn't affect the size of the images, only the text. How can I zoom in so as to see the page in its original layout but with a wider view, thus preserving the scales of all the elements (as if I were zooming in on a picture) ? (in the screen below, zooming change the relative scale of the elements) Thank you for your help.

After the tab crashes there appears a box from Firefox that says it will report the tab crash and then at the bottom of the info box there is the option of reconnecting or reestablishing the connection with the tab that had just crashed but nothing seems to be happening. I am not getting an indication that the issue is being looked at and I am 99% positive that no one from Firefox has been in touch with me about a permanent fix for this issue which is becoming more annoying all the time. In the past week or so it has happened around 4 or 5 times. So what can be done? I look forward to getting this issue resolved.

Something happened with your new update, and now my computer is not working. i cannot get my emails to come even though i choose the email button. The wheel just keeps turning and turning, and will not ever get to the emails. The same thing happens when i try other favorites buttons on the top of the page. i do not know the correct words to describe what i am trying to say because i am not tech savvy at all. i am a senior citizen who needs my computer to work again. What has happened? i do not understand any of the directions given to me when you have answered me today. i do not understand the details! i am very frustrated right now, and have spent a lot of my day trying to get my computer working the way it did yesterday. FF just did an update and now I can barely use the browser. Its slow and then spins and crashes... it took me 6 minutes to just get this open and type this. All my links and sign ins are on it... ugh... How do I reverse the update? thanks

When I opened Firefox web browser it did an update today, and since then I cannot find my bookmarks, sign ins or passwords. I need help here and I am not very tech savvy at over 72 years old.

A while ago I stupidly deleted my main email for my Firefox account (I didn't realize at the time that they were connected). It was a protonmail account so there are 0 methods of account recovery. I want to switch the primary email to a non-deleted email, however I obviously cant because I cant get the verification code that is sent to the primary in order to allow that to happen. Is there something to do about this or am I screwed?

When I go to Settings > Privacy & Security the only "autofill" setting is to import data from another browser. I am signed in, in the US, and my VPN is set to Seattle.

Hello, I'm running FF 124.0.2 64 but in Win 10 on a PC. I have the bookmarks right across the top of the page; the sixth from the left at the moment is Seloger's website. If I have a tab open looking at a TV program website and right click on a link to see more details in a new tab, the new tab opens ok, but the TV program website is overwritten by the Seloger's website. If I use the "previous" arrows, it reverts to the TV program site. If I change the order of the bookmarks across the page, the TV program website will be overwritten by the bookmark then in the sixth from left position. This is driving me mad. How can I force FF to stay with the open tab and not change it by itself?

All of a sudden, I can't download any attachments, no matter what file type it is. I've reset Firefox to it's default, restarted, everything suggested. I don't have the first clue as to what this is.
