I sign onto BROTHER-USA.COM to inquire about ink for my Brother printer. I key in the model and get a "Drivers Search Results" with no printer found nor displayed. Keeps looping or searching, I suppose. This same inquire works fine with any other browser, but not Firefox. Can you advise which Firefox settings is preventing any response from the Brother website? I have an old Laptop which works perfectly for what I need, and I use Firefox for my Browser.

I had to shutdown my Laptop and everything seemed Ok on reboot. However, I can no longer access my Gmail account as I apparently "need Chrome" to get access...?

Do I? If so - how do I get it installed on my system?

I work for a company that integrates with Netsuite via SSO. Users should not be required to reenter their credentials to access the integrated app via a NetSuite subtab. However, this has been an ongoing issue. I thought it had something to do with cookies, but I cannot figure out what is causing this. Here's what happens: A user logs in to Netsuite, looks up a posted document, and clicks on the subtab of the integrated application. They are then prompted to enter their credentials. This prompt keeps repeating whenever the user refreshes a page or opens a tab. It seems like the browser is not retaining or saving the user's credentials. This does not happen to Chrome or Edge users. Is there anything you can do?

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

georgiasown.org does not fully function in firefox browser. The website opens but some of the graphics are missing and when I click on Log In nothing happens. This started about two weeks ago. Have been daily going to this website for over 10 years in the Firefox browser. I do not have this issue when using Microsoft Edge browser.

Whenever I try to use Reddit Firefox refuses to display most media elements. This has only been a problem since the recent upgrade to 145. I've tried refreshing Firefox. I've even re-installed it, using a totally new profile.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I get the following message (image attached) in the console if I inspect one of the elements involved.

Regardless of website Accordion controls don't work / open to show information. These controls work fine in other browsers and work fine on the same sites. Is there a setting I am missing. it also works on other macs I own. Thanks

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

I just bought an HP Omnidesk M02-0085m PC running Windows 11 Home edition. For some reason Prime video works in other browsers, but in Firefox I get audio and a black screen. I am not using any ad blockers and I have tried toggling performance settings on/off. Any suggestions?

I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

Hi, I need help with an issue related to how my website https://forganica.com/ loads in Firefox. The site works fine on Chrome and mobile browsers, but in Firefox some elements are not rendering correctly and the layout shifts on scroll. Is there a recommended way to debug layout or CSS rendering issues specifically in Firefox? When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

When I attempt to log into my ssa.gov account thru either login.gov or id.me with firefox browser i get the following message. "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." I can access both with google or edge. I am running windows 11 with most recent firefox update What do I need to change in my firefox settings?

With Yahoo's new email format, my page seems to jump while I am trying to respond to an email. Do I need to change any Firefox settings for Yahoo to work correctly, or is this strictly a Yahoo problem?
