Firefox is default browser. Have used McAfee Truekey for years with no issues. It has now disappeared from browser. Reloaded the app, and McAfee website tells me to activate it. How do I do this/ should I do this?

Metamask extension is not properly loading- opening the extension that should lead to the PW/login screen only shows a loading/spinning wheel with the MM-Fox logo. Any idea why this might be happening and any solutions would be immensely appreciated. Using the latest version. have tried toggling ext on/off, and other simple troubleshoot. For context. there is not the same issue on other browsers, even on Firefox on other PC. Could this be related to a PC component? Have experienced frequent tab crashes lately after upgrading my CPU- garbage 14th gen intel that's crashed a few times. what PC settings could be playing a role? BIOS settings default- no overclock or other mod. I have (2) firefox's on my pc- one downloaded from Mozilla, and the other from MSFT app store. MSFT app has no issues and functions fine. Hi, I need help with installing & testing an add-on. I've co-written the add-on with ChatGpt. When trying to install I get the message "can't install because the add-on appears to be corrupt". I've tried installing with anti-virus & firewall off, added an add-on ID & re-installing FireFox. What should I do? Any help much appreciated ! Regards, /S

My website has some web components that render an icon based on their icon attribute, like so: <button-icon icon="close" translate="no" type="button" variant="standard"></button-icon>

everything works fine until i translate the page using the latest firefox 133 on both windows 11 and android, the icon rendered in the shadow dom gets translated by firefox ignoring the translate="no" and the icon in the button doesn't show correctly anymore. This doesn't happen when i translate the webpage using chrome. If I remove the translate="no" attribute, i get the same error in chrome too, and that's the reason i added the translate attribute. I believe this isn't intended behaviour and i would consider this a bug, and tbh makes me wanna use firefox less because if I translate automatically then not only my website breaks but also many other have the same risk. If translate="no" is applied to a web component, firefox should avoid translating elements in its shadow dom. I hope this pain point can be addressed in future versions, let me know if i can provide more information, thanks for reading and have a nice day.

Hi, I am looking at an add-on for Firefox on addons.mozilla.org. It says "This add-on is not actively monitored for security by Mozilla. Make sure you trust it before installing." Under "More Information", it links to a Github page with source code. When "not actively monitored", does Mozilla at least check that the Github page linked to is what is being installed? The add-on is very simple and so I feel confident trusting the code on the Github page, but in clicking "Add to Firefox", I want to make sure that that is indeed the code I am adding.

When i try to log in to Gyazo it goes to a web page that says

"Checking your browser before accessing gyazo.com ... Click here if you are not automatically redirected after 5 seconds."

I can log in via chrome and i can log in via firefox on my ipad. I looked at my malwarebytes and its not blocked there. So i know my acc is good. I know it will log in with firefox on my ipad. just not my Win11 Desktop Firefox.

I can see and manipulate my extensions in the little puzzle piece in my toolbar but when I go into settings all my extensions are gone, replaced by an extension I did not authorize. I was having difficulty with a pop-up on a news site that wanted me to turn off my add blocker or buy a subscription. When I go into the add browser and turn it off the website does not recognize that I have do this and keeps me from getting behind their pay wall. So I thought I would go into the settings and temporarily turn off the extension from there and that is when I discovered the lack of extensions in my settings.

The add on is AdBlocker Ultimate and the website is RawStory.com

i recently transferred data from my old MacBook Pro to my new MacBook Pro. My Grammarly Premium works on everything except for my Firefox Browser, when I am writing on Medium.com. It has worked well in the past, but not now. Can you help me? Thanks.
