Hello, I want to make sure I do not have any paying services active earlier this year i had issues with data breach I did cancel some services but, i did not realize some came all from Mozilla like Firefox relay,mozilla vpn, mozilla monitor etc. I also seem to have created at some point two accounts one using my gmail and one using my hotmail since both emails had the data breach issues. Please contact me to confirm cancellation of any active memberships ( i do not want them any longer) using [edited] @gmail.com , [edited] @gmail.com Please delete all data of my accounts or any other information you obtained during services given. you can reach me also at [edited phone# from public community support forum]. I can no longer access my bank account login page. It says Error: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /login from this server. I can't find help and I'm totally frustrated. I AM NOT A COMPUTER TECH. I am just an end user and this is WAY WAY TOO COMPLICATED A PROCESS FOR ME

I don't know if it's the right topic (well I guess all are very near the main issue) but I will give it a go - what's wrong with NOT HAVING AI driven browser? I was advocating for you guys for many years, using your browser and supporting your stuff because of the privacy and totally diff approach to browsing case. Yet here we are and you absolutely obliterated your own image in my eyes... AI? For real? Without a QUESTION AT START TO KILL IT IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS NONSENSE?

I am very sad, because I have already found an alternative and I will be saying good bye to you. It's... Been a long time, I have never betrayed you yet you... Nevermind, it's just sad that I have to go to other solutions because you can't keep your legs together...

I don't expect to get any response from you, I just wanted to share my sad thoughts and a fact that not only me but a massive amount of my dev friends have already staredt using other browsers (there are things that work better in other browsers) to make things done.

Nevertheless it was a good time. I wish you all Merry Christmas and we will remember you for a long time for so many good things.

I was trying to sign in to siriusxm.com. A box came up that said "Please insert your security key", with a diagram that looks like a flash drive. It said the request came from FireFox Mozilla Corp.

Is this one flashdrive key that will work for everything Firefox Mozilla Corp wants to guard, or it is something required by SiriusXM? I've never heard of it, but have seen it pop up for two or three things in the last week. I don't know how to satisfy the requirement. I looked though the topics on FireFox help page, and nothing mentions it that I can find.

Hi, I found this page in the support forums which kind of answers my question, but it says in order to get my username changed (for the same reason the original poster of that page was requesting it) I need to contact an administrator. However, there's no information on how to do that and the thread is archived.

How do I contact an administrator in order to request this change?

Before i got the Profiles update that rolled out relatively recently, i created another firefox profile from the "about:profiles" page. I do not see this second profile in the new Profiles tab in the menu in my default profile. Is there a way to transfer the profile, maybe mess with the files and the folder of firefox, so i will be able to switch profiles from the Profiles tab, and not go through "about:profiles" every time? or just create a new profile and tell me how to transfer the data, where to find the existing one thanks.

Every time I want to search an item or word, you now take me out of the search bar and throw me on to the address bar, which I really have to struggle to read. This has been going on now for quite some time. my question is WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?? I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO GO TO config TO DO IT MYSELF. FIX IT ON YOUR END NOT MINE! All of a sudden I am getting loads of SPAM emails and when I try to unsubscribe, I get a Secure Connection Failed error. I have marked them as SPAM but they just keep coming, daily.

The continued addition of AI features in Firefox has shaken my belief that this browser centers privacy for their users. AI is bloating the Firefox service and creating my strain not only on my devices but our environment as more and more data centers are being built. This "tool" is often inaccurate, plagiarizes, and poses a threat to the security of our data. Firefox has always stood their ground to being a quality browser as other browsers got worse and more invasive, but with the addition of AI tools, it would seem it is eager to join the ranks of Chrome and Edge. If this is the trend Firefox intends to continue, then it is time I look for a safer alternative.

For some reason, firefox keeps asking me to backup my info to "get ready for windows 11" [see attached image]. I have back ups disabled, I don't want to have firefox back up my information.

I click the [x] and it just comes back with every new tab.

I, among many of my peers, have spent the last few years struggling to get rid of unwanted AI in our lives and computers, scraping out information and invading our privacy like a virus. So many Firefox users chose Firefox BECAUSE it had no forced AI. We chose Firefox BECAUSE it doesn't steal our data or invade our privacy.

We have trusted Mozilla for years and heralded it as the only good browser left. We're begging you to not do this. The AI bubble will pop. Everyone is mad about this. Do not do this. Please.
