hello, and thank you for your work sorry to bother you. I installed the simulator program on my computer, and my system is running windows7. the simulator does not launch properly. when I try to open it, it says settings and operations completed, but then it opens a browser window and nothing loads there either. what should I do? please help me fix this.

When reading email messages the window is too wide for the Mac, therefore I am forced to scroll to the left to read my mail. how do i change the settings so that my email text wraps?

Hi . I need to use German firefox due to work , always I was able to chenge the language to English or Polish . Now after update is not possible anymore . Can anyone advice what to do (see below picture)

I've been using Firefox for a few years now and it's always been reliable until this year. This year, everything got difficult, in that right now Firefox is (as best as I can put it) over zealous when it comes to blocking content. I can't log into my Spotify account, when I'm on social media sites, it always blocks links to YouTube, and today really annoyed me because now I've been booted off Google Docs. I've changed my settings countless times to allow cookies on these sites, I've cleared my cookies and cache, I've restarted my laptop and nothing has changed. It's so frustrating because I really love Firefox but I can't use functions I use on the daily. Can anyone help me?

Hello. My untouched hyperlinks changed their color from darker blue to lighter. Visited hyperlinks remain as they always were, as far as I can tell.

My colors changed, seemingly randomly, to the attached screenshot

Another thing worth mentioning is that if I open a new private window, the colors are what I'm used to.

What can I do to revert the change? How could this happen?

Need to have my selected bookmarks in sidebar at all times...since update have to do it every time i open...want it to be permanent without constantly having to do it via selecting view etc

Currently I have the language setting, set to English. Despite this, the spellchecker is "American" instead of English. How can I get English as my spellchecking language?

I got a new samsung phone & when i signed into firefox from it all the bookmarks on my pc are scrambled or are missing where as before i knew exacly where they was. Can anyone tell my how to get my pc bookmarks to exacly how they was please before i synced the account on the phone to my pc by mistake thank you.

I dislike the tab groups feature cause I accidentally group up tabs and I find it annoying. I tried to disable it from about:config (browser.tabs.groups.enabled setting), but it turns back on every time I reopen firefox. I also opted out of all grouping related features in about:studies. Still can not disable the feature. How can I proceed?

In opening email, graphics have stopped displaying automatically. What it prompts you to do, doesn't work. I had an internal tech look into it from our end, but he said it was a firefox thing. emails are in outlook microsoft edge opens the emails properly. I do not want to use microsoft Edge as my browser.

What can I do to fix it?

To set up a Passkey, it says to enter a pin, which it then says I can find and change in Settings. I can't find any of it because my Mozilla account, even though I'm not doing anything, says it has timed out. Please help me locate my PIN. Thank you

2025May16 sidebar - i have deselected 'show sidebar' in settings .. i do not want sidebar i do not like sidebar .. i continue to get 'use sidebar' prompt @ launch .. plse tell me how to stop that prompt
