I feel as though my accounts have been hacked and someone is logged into my mozilla account my Google account my everything I need help figuring that out and making my accounts and stuff way more secure

Hello, I am writing to request a manual review of my disabled Facebook account. I believe my account was disabled by mistake. I have always followed Facebook’s Community Standards and have never engaged in any activity that violates the rules or policies. I tried to cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription and it keeps saying my subscription is not found yet it keeps trying to charge an old credit card of mine. How do I cancel my subscription without having any customer service reps to speak with?

Hello, Having followed the advice as under: If you've previously made use of Firefox Sync, please make sure you're signed into your Mozilla account and have enabled Bookmarks within your Sync settings, because Firefox will automatically download any available data from our sync servers as long as you are logged into the account you used to sync.

Additionally, please consider that if your bookmarks are still available in the local storage of another device, signing into Sync on these devices will let you upload this account data and make your data accessible on any other devices you enable Sync on.

Andd checking the the Bookmarks tick-box was checked [as was last attempt] I tried to sign in to open the required page, but got 2 x 'error' windows, as attached, one for enail address [been using this for 2 yaers] and the other for password [how did I get this page up with the wrong password??]

I'm obviously a very dim Brit . . . . . please would you advise me as clearly as possible about whatv the heck is going wrong, thanx Kr CB

1. I have not entry "DisableFirefoxAccounts" in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox". 2. I have no policies.json file in firefox directory. 3. I have a message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." in "Settings" (about:preferences). 4. In "about:policies" I have DisableFirefoxAccounts=TRUE. 5. in "about:config" identity.fxaccounts.enabled=false and grayed out.

Please help me to turn on the sync of bookmarks. All these listed issues obviously have something to do with it.

Had two Mozilla VPN subscriptions and paid for two with Visa c.c. 6/5/2026 credited to pete.loya at gmail 6/6/2026 should have been credited to linda.loya at outlook both charges were $59.88
