New computer upgrade from MS10 to MS 11 365. I lost all bookmarks for internet locations. How do I retrieve them? Where is the new bookmark access icon on the Firefox home screen?

When I use Gemini 3 visual layout function to generate a homepage-like page, but Firefox cannot show any content of the result. It works fine in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Using latest Firefox browser, when I open Google and want to ‘paste’ a word, it will not let me. Instead I get this default message, that I can’t delete. I can type anything I want, but I can’t ‘paste’ a word or words. How to fix please? HP desktop PC Windows 11 64 bit I see there is a 'new' (to me) AI mode icon in the 'same' search window as where you type on the 'right' of the search box. Maybe I just haven't noticed because I didn't have an issue before.

I had the Primary password set.

Today I restarted Firefox to install some updates (not sure if that's relevant), and when I opened Firefox again, I expected to enter my primary password for sync, but nothing showed up. I thought it was some bug after update or something, so I closed and reopened Firefox, but no dialog box came out.

So I went to passwords section and tried to view one password, which should prompt me to enter my primary password, but it just showed the password to me without asking for my primary. This is where I got quite scared.

I went to my settings and I found out that my primary password is just... not set. I did not remove it, I never told it to anyone, I didn't give anyone a chance to extract it. But it is just not there.

What the hell is going on? I couldn't find any answer to this, anywhere. Is there some option to see how/when was my primary password removed? Some logs?

I’m new to Firefox and found the Textfox theme on GitHub, which is pretty cool. However, I’m having trouble with the pinned tab size, they’re too small. It seems the theme’s creator fixed this by using Sidebery, but I don’t want to use that extension. Is there a way to change the pinned tab size without Sidebery?

Bank Login (a single bank) - This has worked fine for years but now there is a problem. I use FireFox password manager and it contains the user name and password and they are correct. When logging in the user name and password are shown and they are correct but the website says user name or password is incorrect. When I type in the user name it works. Why?

My bookmark features has stopped working. When I click the star, it does not turn blue and I cannot bookmark anything. Is there a fix? I have stuff in the bookmark area and would not like to loose it.

I’d like to give some feedback regarding the built-in PDF editor. I really enjoy this feature and use it often because it’s convenient and easy to work with. However, there’s an issue that has forced me to stop using it for now.

Whenever I add text to a PDF using Firefox’s editor, everything looks fine on my computer. But once I upload the edited PDF to another platform such as Google Drive, the text I typed disappears and turns into empty boxes. This means the annotations or filled-in fields are no longer readable on other devices or cloud services.

At the moment, the edited PDF can only be viewed properly on my own computer, and this limitation makes it difficult to share documents or submit forms. I sincerely hope this compatibility issue can be improved, because I really do love Firefox’s PDF editing feature and would like to continue using it.

i have a firefox account on my old windows 10 computer. Firefox is having trouble "finding that site" for some sites I've used for years. I've checked internet settings in Firefox, reset my WIFI router, etc. with no response for connectivity. But I really guess I don't know what or where to check... Thought it was a VPN setting, not fixed. What should I try to find and correct my problem?? Ray ([edited email from public forum])

Suite à la mise à jour de Firefox avec l'arrivée des nouveaux profils, j'ai perdu tout ce que j'avais enregistré sur ma session : tous mes mots de passe, mes marque-pages ainsi que les données de mon compte. Impossible de les retrouver ou de récupérer les données de mon compte initial. Je ne comprends pas ce qu'il s'est passé et surtout, j'aimerais savoir comment faire pour récupérer mes mots de passes et marques pages qui ont disparus ??

I just bought new PC and switched to win11(never happened on win10). Videos stutter when on 2nd monitor and game is open on first, but audio doesn't. Problem goes away immediately when clicking to the firefox window. Happens on both youtube and twitch, but not on Nebula.tv and not on chrome. Doesn't happen if the video is 480p, but does on 720 and 1080 and both of them are 60fps which might be something. Also doesn't happen if the game is windowed, but does on fullscreen and borderless.

I've disabled hardware acceleration (in windows and browser). I've tried setting both monitors to 60hz, setting firefox priority to high (and game to low), disabling effiency mode, setting power mode to performance and tried a lot of other things including about:config settings. Also ruled out extensions.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X GPU: RTX5070 1st monitor: 180hz 2nd: 80hz

Pages eventually load, but it consistently takes longer than it should or don't load at all, can't even log in on some sites such as Twitch. At first, I thought the issue was only on YouTube, but I’ve confirmed it affects all websites.

I’ve already gone through extensive troubleshooting steps, including: Clearing cookies and cache Changing DNS providers (tried both Cloudflare and Google DNS) Using the Firefox Refresh option Fully reinstalling Firefox Scanning my system for malware (none detected) Verifying that no extensions or add-ons are installed Confirming my internet connection and speed are stable Testing the same sites in Chrome, where everything loads smoothly Despite all of this, the problem persists only in Firefox. After a Windows 11 update, Firefox does not automatically start although set to do it and when I start it, a small rectangular box appears in the upper left corner of the screen.

Please resolve.
