...unable to delete history (attached 1.png) and files still showing after clearing downloads (attached 2.png); unable to manage bookmarks (save via star in address bar or drag & drop to bookmark folder), delete or move bookmarks, create folders) outside of troubleshooting mode; unable to export bookmarks json file in any mode; NO CHANGE AFTER Firefox RESET... and routinely run disk utility & reset PRAM on this Intel computer...

Please advise, other than updating to latest compatible version (macOS Monterey 12.7.2) or replacing computer.

Stopping browser upper right hand popups/popouts?

I've been reading all the information about notifications, but I can't seem to stop the small popouts that slide into sight from the upper right side of the browser page. They appear to be from my gmail repeating whatever latest email has arrived on my page. I've tried so much on the settings page, I am now in the fog of war. Can't see where/what I am supposed to do. This just started 8-10 days ago. I'm not sure what has triggered it, but it's really annoying. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Answers have to be in plain English, please. Thank you.

Hello, I use a website, MySubaru.com, that has always loaded on my iMac (10.12). Lately what I get is a blank screen whether from the bookmark or the website in Google. Strangely enough, the site loads fine using Safari and on my MacBook and iPhone. Any suggestions? Thank you, Eric

For over 6 weeks, and only on Netflix Canada, we (family members) have been getting the padlock with a triangle in the address bar only after I log into Netflix. This occurs on any and all of our 4 computers using all of the 3 different internet providers, one of which is the largest Internet provider in Canada, BELL including also the their BELL Mobility Network. I appreciate that as you can see we're using older operating systems, but Firefox reports our version 110 is up to date. Our adult children have much newer computers and later if not the latest Mac OS, and are attempting to access Netflix from other internet providers elsewhere in the province of Ontario. One of them is using the next largest internet provider in Canada, or at least the province, ROGERS. She too is still having this problem. I've been through the mill with Netflix's support people and they blame you guys and our internet providers. I cannot resolve the issue, and for that reason we have ceased using Netflix because of the implicit security vulnerability attached.

What can I do about this? -Peter

I'm trying to make a new Firefox Account with an email address I have for school, but it keeps saying that it is invalid. I believe it is because the latter half, instead of being @gmail.com or whatever, is @port*********.org. I tried logging in with another email that had @gmail.com and it worked just fine.

What I'm really asking is: Is there a way around this or is this in vain?

A few Firefox for Mac updates ago, the Wells Fargo website colors changed with Firefox for Mac, and the other browsers still display Wells Fargo the right way. On the current versioin of Firefox for Windows, the Wells Fargo website still looks the way it should.

Attached are 2 screen shots of Wells Fargo's website. One screen shot, using Chrome for Mac shows the Wells Fargo colors correctly. The other screen shot using the updated Firefox for Mac shows the colors wrong, pretty much without colors, etc...

How can this be fixed so that we can use Firefox for all browsing?

I am able to login to my account however my "primary password" was breached and changed. I am now unable to login to the browser and use my Bookmarks.

You'll know it has been breached because I have only used on password since I began using FireFox. As of January 9th, 2023 it has been changed to something new.

How can this "primary password" be removed or reset?

FF is preventing me from accessing a website and fix instructions dont seem to apply

[FYI, I don't care, but I never heard of cloudflare.]

I then click on 'additonal troubleshooting information.' on this failure page where it says:

Error 526 occurs when these two conditions are true:
   Cloudflare cannot validate the SSL certificate at your origin web server, and
   Full SSL (Strict) SSL is set in the Overview tab of your Cloudflare SSL/TLS app.

Resolution

For a potential quick fix, set SSL to Full instead of Full (strict) in the Overview tab of your Cloudflare SSL/TLS app for the domain.

So I go to Settings>Privacy and Security. First, no Overview tab. But under enhanced tracking protection, I have Standard selected and with strict one of the options, I think I'm where I supposed to be NO!. So I search for SSL, and there are no hits.

Thus I am in a total failure state, unable to do what should have taken 1 minute to easily find out!

WHY CAN'T I JUST TURN THIS OFF FOR THIS ONE INSTANCE???? I mean, it's Burger King, and all I NEED NOW is nutritional info for what I just ate and there is no way on that results page to temporarily turn off the problem. Cloudflare? CloutFailure is more like it. They have taken my choice to choose!

This so frustrating, such a simple thing, why isn't there something to temp turn off?
