I use a CRM program called Nutshell for email marketing. For the past 2 years, it has worked perfectly in Firefox. As of 2 days ago, images no longer show up in the marketing emails. The same thing is happening in Firefox on both my Windows machine and my Mac. Nutshell told me to uninstall and reinstall Firefox, but that didn't help. If I use the "Refresh Firefox" command, the images show up but only briefly, then they're gone again.

I can use Chrome instead of Firefox and everything works, but I would prefer not to. Any suggestions?

Firefox doesn't reach many websites. Most notably my banks. It times out. It says the website is not available. I've tried updating the website URL. I've cleared cookies. I've been able reach these websites with Microsoft Edge. I downloaded an updated version of Firefox. What can I do?

Hello. Since re-installing ZoneAlarm Security Suite (due to a ZA problem) last evening, after I turned on my pc today I am getting a new tab opens up on every FireFox browser window seeking permissions for "Harmony Web Protection Privacy Policy". (There are four new tabs for that which have opened since I commenced typing this!).

Is this a ZA problem or a Firefox problem? Also, please, how do I get rid of these damned new tabs? TIA.

With Firefox 129.0 for Windows (64-bit), I am unable to log into one of my banking sites. It always says invalid username/password. It works fine with Microsoft Edge, and another computer still on 128.0.3, and their phone app.

I have tried the normal stuff of clearing cookies and cache, safe mode, etc... No change.

My copy of Firefox in Windows auto-updated yesterday and wiped out all of my bookmarks. Is there any way that I can retrieve these? I apparently wasn't running the browser logged in, and I had no backup.

My bookmarks/settings bar on my PC now only displays the address bar. The search bar, which I regularly used, has vanished and I can't find a way to restore it. A reset to default does not help. Thank you in advance for any help.

How can I remove Google as a search engine that appeared after having my computer checked for viruses etc? I want to restore duckduckgo as my primary search engine.

I am unable to load the video pages on prime video in firefox. Instead of loading the video's page, it gives me a black screen and says "That shouldnt' have happened. It looks like something went wrong on our side. Let's find you a great video to watch instead." It works fine in Chrome, and other streaming sites like Netflix also work. I tried upgrading firefox, and upgraded to 129.0 (64 bit), but the same error is still happening. I contacted Amazon support, they couldn't figure it out, and told me to talk to Firefox support.

I disabled ublock origin, and disabled trackign protection, and error still occurs.

There has to be a way, but I can't find it. How do we enlarge the font size for tabs, toolbar, favorites, search bar etc. I like that we can customize the colors but the font size seems to have been left out. I know we can ctrl + to enlarge what's in the browser window but this has no effect on the actual browser fonts. They are wayyyy to tiny. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, Just received your "Webpages, simplified" notice and it triggered two improvements you can easily make so Firefox is more accessible to users with disabilities.

• Make buttons more descriptive "Learn More About Reader View" makes all the difference to someone using a screen reader. Imagine skimming a page where all the links just say "Learn More." This is pervasive across Firefox and easy to fix! (See screenshot of your page, attached.)

• Add link to accessibility features or Mozilla's accessibility statement at the bottom of every page. I should not have to do a search to find out about accessibility. See example screenshot from Univ. of California, attached.

Every time i update firefox now it keeps **re** ticking the two studies boxes ... microsoft style :(

How can i stop this new mozilla behaviour happening every time i update please and protect my privacy ???

I know it takes just two mouse clicks to open the About dialog, but I'd like to bookmark it so when I check my daily bookmarks by right-clicking a folder and clicking "Open All Bookmarks", it would be displayed. This would be a convenient, albeit forceful, way to keep Firefox up-to-date. The About dialog isn't modal, so that shouldn't be an issue.

nevermind. fixed itself. maybe it just took it a lot longer than expected

I have two firefox accounts. Got a new computer and trying to sync to the new one. I have tried to sync both of them. But only 34 of 300 passwords transferred and only 20ish bookmarks of 100s transferred.

I have tried looking into both accounts on both computers at the same time, run sync, but nothing more will transfer
