I will like to know why i can't login into my Mozilla account? (*Hidden for privacy*) Did i violate any rules. the browser has been my favorite browser for many years back. I also advocate it for friends and family.

When I try and sync i am asked for password, which is then not recognised

I have changed my primary password but when I try and sync I am told to reconnect my account by signing in. My password is then rejected multiple times, but the same pass… (pročitajte više)

I HAVE NORTON INSTALLED ON BOTH COMPUTERS. I HAVE GONE THROUGH BOTH COMPUTERS CHECKING SETTINGS AND COMPARING THEY ARE THE SAME BUT I CAN NOT FIND A DIFFERENCE.

Today I received a notice that an update was needed.......I clicked on update and it immediately turned off my laptop!!! Upon rebooting my laptop I tried to enter my booklist.......it will not allow me to do anything. I cannot get on my firefox browser.
