For the past month or so, I'd say about 20% of the websites I visit using Firefox just show a blank, white screen. (See allbirds.com site image attached for example.)

1. Cleared the cache and cookies to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 2. Entered Troubleshoot Mode to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 3. Disabled all extensions to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 4. Disabled "recommended performance settings" and hardware acceleration--in combination with some of the above--to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 5. Reinstalled Firefox to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 6. Also paused/disabled VPN (Nord) and anti-virus (McAfee) to see if that made a difference. It didn't.

Any other ideas?

I am on a Mac desktop running Ventura 13.7.3 and running Firefox 135 with extension of Ghostery, Privacy Badger, Google Don't Track Me, Facebook Container, FoxClocks and SoftGreenLeaves theme. All of these extensions have been playing nicely with each other for a long time.

Recently I've been having trouble recently with Firefox doing that thing of suddenly freezing/producing multiple windows and I need to refresh in order to get it working properly again. This has happened three times in the last five days - so frequently that I now keep the refresh instructions on my desktop. Today I heard the CPU grinding and clicked open my Activity Monitor to see four listings of 'FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content' running all of them using in excess of 2Gb. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a screenshot of the Activity Monitor while this was going on as I had the Mac force quite Firefox and the moment I did, the activity stopped, but I've attached an example of the Activity Monitor showing still high CPU values for a few moments of browsing.

So what's up? How can I stop the CPU grab? How can I stop the frequent crashing?

Lately, every time, every time, EVERY TIME, I have to restart my computer or Firefox, its like frigging Groundhog Day with Firefox. I have to go to Settings and re-select the "Ask to keep passwords" option. Every time. Why doesn't that stay on? I have to log into all my sites again with all my logins like its the 1st time. Like its Groundhog Day again. And I have to re-load all my pinned tabs again. Again. AGAIN. One of the things I used to like about Firefox was that you kept things simple and didn't make me crazy. Why start now? I don't want to spend 20-30 minutes every time resetting my browser just so I can get work done. I'm not Bill Murray. How do I kill this frigging ground hog or do I go looking for the duck? I can't work like this

I have used Firefox as my primary browser for many years, and have always used autofill for my passwords, credit cards, and addresses. Suddenly, about two weeks ago, my credit card data stopped autofilling. When I go to Settings > Privacy & Security, there is nothing regarding autofill anywhere (or anywhere in any Settings). I have attached screenshots of my entire Provacy & Security page, as well as Settings searches for "autofill," "payment," and "credit card." Please help me figure this out ASAP, or I will have to switch to Safari as my primary browser, which I don't want to do. Thank you!

I was able to login to ChatGPT before January 30, 2025.

I run Firefox on Windows 10. Currently I am using Firefox 135.0 which seems to be creating problems with Authentication Errors with ChatGPT.

Some extensions I had at the time are:

Firefox Multi-Container Tabs BitDefender Traffic Light AdGuard Terms of Service Didn't Read Print Friendly and MeasureIt.

These are all extensions I actually use.

And prior to January 30, 2025, I did not have a problem.

But ever since then I have not been able to login to ChatGPT due to Authentication Errors. I signed up using my email and password and never use anything else to login.

I am not using a VPN.

I cleared my Cache.

I disabled my Extensions.

I tried to login in a Private Window.

I even refreshed Firefox and it still would not work.

I have contacted ChatGPT's support team and they suggested I try a different browser and Chrome worked.

But I don't want to use Google if I can avoid it.

Please help me with this.

I have a link provided by a web site I use. Through Firefox it takes me to a Mimecast authentication screen that asks for my email, then tells me to contact my IT department. This is my home internet. I can access the link through Safari. I'm stumped.

is just wanted to know if the new feature "Users in the United States and Canada can view local weather directly on the new tab page. Additionally, they have the option to select a specific location to see current weather conditions.", which was released with the version 130.0 also comes to europe someday?

I don't know what is happening, but for the last few weeks my Firefox has been freezing on me, I know the cause is not the website(s) because I can browse them fine with other browsers, also when it freezes it won't let me close it, I even tried to close it using Task Manager, but I get an Access Denied when I click End Task, so I have to restart my PC.

Any ideas qhat can be happening?

I'm having problems with websites like Google, Pinterest, DeepL Translator, etc. that I've only experienced with Mozilla Firefox. After browsing for a while, some of the features are restricted. For example, I can't access the content in the `People Also Ask` section at the bottom of the page after searching for something. When you go to the `Images` section to search for an image, there is no reaction even if you click on the image. Normally when you click on it, a pop-up should pop up with information about the image and a link to its website, but you can't even access it. When I change my account on Pinterest, when I click `account settings` again, it deletes that line of html code. After spending a short time on DeepL Translator and translating, the site goes white and you can't use any of its features. The same is true for Drive Google. You can't access any Drive file links, just a grey screen. I only have this problem when using the Mozilla Firefox browser, no problems with other browsers.

cannot load X, this is not an everytime occurance, super random. Perhaps half of my attempts to load the page it is interupted by an error.

I do not have enhanced tracking on.

A webpage I just closed recently is not listed in the drop down window from History and also Recently closed tabs. In addition sometimes when I click on the Back arrow, it does not go back and when I have right clicked on the Back arrow, it has shown previous webpages.
