I created a file Mozilla Firefox\Defaults\Pref\autoconfig.js file which calls the file Mozilla.cfg. The Mozilla.cfg resides in the Mozilla Firefox folder. I'm able to change the default web page. I want to change many of the settings on the Privacy & Security page and can't find the correct settings. The areas I would like to change are: Cookies and Site data; logins and passwords; forms; history; firefox data collecton

Good afternoon Community,

I am a (very new) enterprise admin for a very large organization. We have decided to start distributing Firefox (Quantum Version 68.0 32 bit) across our organization. We utilize a smart card application for logon, and user website authentication. We have every setting exactly how we want it, save one. Each individual user, for each profile they create, will need to upload the .DLL file from our smartcard reader application to the security devices. If this were just a hundred or so users, that would be easy, but we are in the thousands (and more.....). And many of these users are not technically savvy. Is there a way to have a specific library uploaded as a part of building the profile? Sort of like a pre-built default profile. Ideally, we would like to do this with no additional extensions or plugins installed.

I am trying push Firefox out via Microsoft Intune. I am able to push it out but Intune's always say waiting on install status. I have tried the msi and the exe installers and have the same issue. I am trying to validate the installation like I do other msi installation by looking at the GUID but the issue is none of the Firefox installers install a GUID in the registry.

I am trying to figure out how to add my own GUID via the installation. Any ideas?

Hello. I have installed an add-on using a GPO. However, after upgrading to Firefox 68, my add-on is getting an installation error. Is it impossible to install by GPO on Firefox 68? If not, why is not it installed?

I attached the part that I confirmed by connecting to about: policies. Installation via download, not GPO, is installed normally, below is the installation link. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/3365031/gradius-7.3.11-fx.xpi?src=devhub

In the case of GPO installation, my add-on as well as other add-ons are not installed.

Please check the issue. Thank you.

The ProductCode (ProductID) after Firefox Setup 68.5.0esr.msi is installed does not match to the ProductCode (ProductID) of the Firefox Setup 68.5.0esr.msi. We use SCCM to create the application deployment for Firefox ESR x64 and to install all the endpoints. When creating the deployment, SCCM automatically extracts the ProductCode, and uses the same to detect the presence of the application - if it's not present, it installs. The main issue is that when SCCM checks again the presence after it's installed, the deployment fails because the ProductCode after it's installed is different than what came with the MSI installer. I noticed that this is the case as well for Firefox Setup 68.4.0x esr.msi whereas in the past this was not the case.

See the attached file to see the screenshots.

Hello Guys,

I hope that you can help me. I work for a company with 900+ Windows Clients and several Terminal Server users. At the moment I deployed Firefox ESR 68.4.2 32-Bit. Yes 32-Bit, my mistake. Anyway, I want to update to version ESR 68.5.0. At the same time, I want to jump onto the 64-Bit version. This article mentioned no problem at all; install 64-Bit and afterwards uninstall the 32-Bit version of Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switch-32-bit-64-bit

I did this step for step but I can't see the bookmarks on the 64-Bit version. If I uninstall and reinstall the 32-Bit Version the bookmarks are back. I need help, please. The users are going to kill me, if I "delete" their bookmarks.

Greetings and thank you in advance!
