I am using Firefox browser on my Samsung Android phone. I set it up to use Firefox password autofill as the default. When entering an ID and password , I am offered a list of IDs and starred passwords, and I cant tell which is the right one, as most IDs are my email. It does not suggest one or two passwords for that particular web address, as does my PC laptop.

I will open a few tabs, then close some then open more , then everything slows down, I go to task manager and see that many tasks are still open under Firefox

I want tabs to close ( end process) when I close them

So now I manually 'end process' and the machine resumes speed

How do I get firefox to End Process when tabs are closed

this is w 8.1, don't know what version of firefox, pretty recent

this is firefox mozilla, as best I understand, not that I know why these two are always paired

Have a problem to use Mozilla / Firefox as my main browser for all email and web browsing or all activities. Tried to go into "setting" to "recall the browser" but unsuccessful

On Windows 10 with Fire Fox i like to use the right click to show the drop down menue 1 Save image 2 save page to pocket - and 3 - select all ,. And the next one in the drop down list is Take A Screen Shot .And this is what is not working for me anymore . Changed the Exrtension .screen.shot .dowmload ----to false with no change still the Take Screen Shot fails to work Thank you . Trevor

Windows Edge has taken over as my browser. How do I get firefox to be my browser by default? I have tried many times but the box to delete windows edge is greyed out. Please help

in the autoplay box in settings my allow camera and microphone is showing but there is nothing typed in the box e.g. facebook. how do i get facebook typed in there because when i use facetime on facebook, i cannot hear or see anyone even though both my camera and microphone are on

Why I cannot change these settings:

• Use custom settings for history
• Firefox will remember your browsing, download, form, and search history.
• Always use private browsing mode

I need this setting:

• Never remember history

Or, maybe, that is the same?

Hey, I have been putting up quality content that is being shared by some of the top content on the internet but am still unable to perform better in search. My URL is https://actogames.com/ from the team looking into this.

I don't think HTTP protection is breaking the internet for me but it's just not letting me access my bookmarks! Either fix the problem for me or give me a link to go to! Thank you! I click on a bookmark then blocks my access.

When using the the web browser, I used to be able to click on a link such as a vcard and it would automatically open outlook. Now it wants to save it to my disc. what is the setting for this. the same goes for a link that would open excel automatically but again it wants to save it first.

The tabs on Firefox seem to be smaller than they were a few days ago, and I can't find where to enlarge them. It would help if right-clicking the Tab Bar brought up a "view" option.

Win8 OS is not working properly: power off function will not work,have to unplug to turn off; unable to access OS section that allows to access devices,files,etc. and problems adding up.

This problem just started today. I am very angry. what is going on with Firefox? Websites are filled to the brim with annoying ad's. and you tube videos are constantly interrupted with ad's!!!!! What is with all the ad's? This problem has not existed until today. Please STOP this! And, No, I can not just wait a few seconds then click on "skip ads" because I am looking at videos on a computer screen while sitting away from the computer in a chair so constantly having to get up, walk to the computer, click on "skip ads", walk back to my chair is an annoyance! hello, I wrote to you telling you that when i facetime on facebook i cannot see or hear anyone and you answered me to try this or that. you said to go into permissions and make sure that my camera and microphone had facebook to have permission and when i facetime to go into permissions there and click off the use default button and click allow or always ask. i have already done this and still have the problem. well I know what is happening and it is your fault firefox. when my sister, who is sitting next to me rings me on facetime (and was helping try to fix this problem) and it still didn't work, while she just kept the facetime open, she watched me go into the permission box again on the padlock page, the settings i put ALLOW were gone and the use default box was ticked again. so this time i put always ask. and came back out of the permissions page and then went straight back in, and guess what.....every time i leave the permissions page, it goes back to use default. MY SETTINGS ARE NOT BEING SAVED. THERE IS NO SAVE BUTTON BECAUSE YOU REMOVED IT. I MAKE A SETTING, COME OUT OF THE PAGE AND IT IMMEDIATELY REMOVES MY SETTINGS. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS BECAUSE NOTHING IS WORKING BECAUSE IT CONTINOUSLY GOES BACK TO DEFAULT. IF YOU DO NOT FIX THIS ASAP I AM SHUTTING YOU DOWN AND GOING TO BING AS MY BROWSER
