Recently while seeking information on an old friend one of the sites that directed me to was "My Heritage.com". I made the mistake of clicking on the site and since then my Firefox web page has been "hijacked" by "http://search.myheritage.com/" and when I open Firefox, my security software opens with a "DANGEROUS PAGE" warning. It will not allow me to open Firefox under that page - so I have to open a second tab to get back to the "real" Firefox web site to continue. How can I eliminate the "search.myheritage.com/" Firefox start up page. Since this happened several of my friends who also are on Firefox have told me they experience the same thing. Seems "My Heritage.com" has hacked into Firefox and has set itself up as the home page over the Mozilla Firefox homepage. I've tried deleting Firefox and reinstalling and each time it comes back with the "search.myheritage.com/" site. Any suggestions how I can get my long used "Firefox" browser site back? Thank you. My Synaptics touchpad wont two finger scroll or zoom in and out using the multitouch feature in firefox. i have updated the drivers and reinstalled friefox. the multitouch works in all other programs and on the main windows 7 desktop to control the size of items. the curser responds to the action showing it is executing the command to scroll or zoom, but firefox is not responding to the command. when i scroll with an external mouse and my touchpad at the same time and i stop with the mouse the touch pad will continue to work until i stop moving for even the smallest fraction of time

This started to happen since last week (Wed. or Thur I believe) I tried to disable all the add-ons but nothing. I've set the browser to default and nothing I can see someone send me a chat blinking but I can't use it, nothing in conversation history.

on the navigation toolbar, there was a button to activate the Bookmarks Menu. It was beside the HOME button. It has disappeared and I cannot get it back. HOME button is still there but there is now no space to the right of it for the Bookmark button. In the Customize option, it appears to be there, but it is not visible once Done is selected.
