When I try to print anything in Firefox, the print preview window comes up with a spinning cursor where the page preview belongs, and it takes two minutes before it goes away and the actual preview appears. Only then can I actually print. Whatever process is taking two minutes even prevents me from quitting Firefox -- if I try to quit within that two minutes the FF window does close, bu* Bulleted list itemt the app itself doesn't shut down (as seen from the icon in the dock) until those two minutes have elapsed.

I can bypass the wait by clicking Print Using System Dialogue at the bottom right of the preview window, so I have a workaround. (Although whatever process it's waiting for is still going on, since I still can't quit FF until those two minutes elapse!)

I am using Firefox as my default browser for the first time on my iPhone SE...operating system is fully updated as is Firefox browser...

I am at my state’s unemployment site and I am trying to open a copy of my 1099 tax form which I believe is in .pdf format. When I go to open the file basically nothing happens. The file is lit blue on the web page I am using as are al other readable and downloadable files on this page. The file appears to be opening, as the top of the page shows a line moving horizontally as if it were either downloading or opening the file, but nothing happens. The page stays as it was when I first opened it and the file in question has not been downloaded nor opened by Adobe as I assumed it would be since I am opening a pdf.

The thumbnails on the home page look just fine, but the smaller ones of suggested videos when I watch something suddenly look so blurry and pixelated. I tried turning off my one extension Ublock Origin, clearing the cache and restarting the browser but had no luck. Somehow the thumbnails look fine when I watch the same video in a private window.

Hello! I am using firefox Developer Edition, And firefox is changing many things based on my windows colors. 1. Input fields 2. Selected text 3. the slidebar Can i disable this option?

I am currently working on a website kokolingo.hr

I have a slick-slider function inside of it which will create a slider with images: Slick slider

Now the issue is that right now, the slick-slider only breaks on Firefox and it looks like this MOST of the time: Broken slick slider

On top of that, while doing a force reload (CTRL + F5) it can sometimes load slick-slider without any issues and it doesn't throw an error. Both of the images were taken from Firefox itself.

How can I fix this? Most of the time people say that the libraries which make use of the slick-slider aren't loaded in correct order but they are.

Появилась проблема с тем, что вкладки стали падать с ошибкой: "Ваша вкладка только что упала. Мы можем помочь!" Для того, чтобы решить проблему пробовал следующее: удалил firefox, удалил все профили в папке Appdata, удалил все файлы в профиле, которые имели название firefox. Вычистил из реестра все, что имеет название firefox. Перезагрузил компьютер. Скачал новую версию firefox. Установил. Проблема осталась. В настройках пробовал отключить аппаратное ускорение. Прокси никаких нет. Дополнений и расширений нет. В безопасном режиме проблема остается. Javascript включен. Пробовал устанавливать старые версии firefox разных поколений, проблема сохраняется. Брандмауэр отключен. Антивирусник Avast free полностью удалял, не помогло. Обновлений системы никаких не было. Не установлены программы для автоматических обновлений. В гугл хроме проблем не наблюдается(версия 88.0.4324)

Система: W7 x64 Proffesional, 8gbRAM, i5-650. Что еще может иметь значение: Установлен криптопровайдер КриптоПро(4.0.9963), но он установлен 2 года назад, а проблема возникла только сейчас. Навряд ли в нем проблема.

Добавлено: Под другим пользователем на этом компьютере проблемы нет. Решение пересозданием профиля и переносом данных не подходит. Добавлено: Портативная версия firefox работает

after a fresh reinstallation of Windows 10 and signing into my firefox synch account, all my bookmarks, History, saved passwords and all settings are missing.

I have clicked on synch many times but unlike in the past, where after a new installations I could simply log into firefox to get my old settings, this time everything is gone.

Can anyonne help please?

Is there a way to lock Lockwise (as part of Firefox on Linux) again after you entered the primary password so that it must be re-entered the next time a password is asked? Or is the primary password, once entered, always valid for the current session? I do not want to quit Firefox and open it again because than all tabs have to be reloaded. If this feature is missing, where is the issue tracker for Firefox/Lockwise so I can add this to the wishlist?

Hello! I have a question - with possible need for solution. When I create shortcuts for my most often used sites in "Top Sites" section, I want them pinned, arranged in my preferred order and displayed with big, clean, "favicon" image. BUT it doesn't always behave that way: 1) Some pages get this nice big website icon - you know: big "f" for FB or big red YouTube "Play" button. 2) While some get this annoying miniature "screenshot" with small logo in lower-right corner.

I managed to get rid of those mini-screenshots with "browser.pagethumbnails.capturing_disabled" custom setting but small, lower-right icon problem remained.

The annoying part is that those icons exist and are seen by firefox, just can't make them fill all thumbnail space.

How can I handle it?

• PLEASE ASSIST! • I have been using Firefox on an iPhone X (10) - currently on update iOS 14.4 - for more than four years. • Five days ago the Firefox App on the mobile telephone crashed by itself. • Subsequently I have tried to re-install the Firefox app again from the Appstore by following the prescribed routine for downloading and installation but without success. • This was done 24 times, every time when I then open the app it crashes / disappears. • In the meantime Mozilla / Firefox on my Macbooks operates flawlessly.

During the last two days I have consulted with three Apple iPhone experts and two Macbook specialists and were simply told that only Mozilla can resolve this problem. WHAT A NUISANCE! WHAT AN UNCONSCIONABLE LUDICROUS SITUATION FOR WHICH IT SEEMS YOU HAVE NO REMEDY, NO SOLUTION. Is that true??

I save lots of files that have the same file names, for eg.

file.zip file(1).zip file(2).zip ...

I want to change that to

file.zip file-1.zip file-2.zip

Most of my contacts appear when typing name etc in the "To:" field in an message window, but there are a few that do not and I have to pull up the contacts side bar and search for them there. What gives?

Firefox (Windows) is currently not displaying the lower-case g in the Karla font when pulling from Google fonts. I've read similar reports with Open Sans, so it may go past just one font.

On the website I'm developing in which I'm seeing the Karla issue, there seems to be no issue rendering the lower-case g in Zilla Slab.

I see no issues in Chromium-based browsers (Windows), or Safari (iOS/Mac).

Any ideas?

Currently the landing page for Google is not working. The keyboard does not come up after clicking in the text field, and none of the links on the page work. This problem started some time on Feb 17, 2021.

I am afraid that I am very confused about the changes to this site. Are the FAQs the only way to learn about the changes, or is there some documentation I am not presently seeing?

In addition, what happened to my older account on this site?

And where exactly are all the other posts, like I would expect to be seeing as if it were a regular forum platform?

Maybe I am more than confused. Maybe I am completely lost. Yes, my own stupidity might be a major factor for this confusion I am guilty of!
