Can someone advise please, I am using an android tablet and have had no problems with thunderbird until recently. I send and receive email from multiple accounts, but occasionally it will stick the email in the outbox and nothing I do will send it.

The email address is correct because if I go to yahoo it will send the message.

It appears to be totally random from any of the six accounts I use. I have deleted each account, reinstalled thunderbird. No difference. I can send mail it goes yo outbox, send another and it gets sent. ??

I am getting to the stage where I am going to abandon thunderbird because I think email is sent and its not.

I did it and now I have to update my various programs and apps to the new password to access my emails, but the Thunderbird mail program that runs on my smartphone (Redmi Note 13) doesn't allow me to change my password. It almost seems like I have to delete the account and add it again from scratch. Is it absolutely necessary or is there an alternative system?

Can we PLEASE have the ability to use/customize account icon photos on Thunderbird Android, instead of just the letters/text of the account name??? Being able to use/have photos there helps more with which account we're looking at! For example, with me, all my accounts start with "LI" 😅🫠🙃 so having the photo icons IN ADDITION to the color options would be GREAT!!!!! 😁🙏🙏 Attaching photo of what I'm talking about. Hi, Please, with thunderbird for Android on my Samsung s21, i would like to unify all my emails on a unic inbox Windows. I have allready check the unify fonction in the "parameters". But i don't have any result. On the my computer, everything is ok. But i don't succeed on my phone... I hope you are understanding my question cause my english is horrible. Thank's in advance. Best

Dramatic change in version 11.0: It's hard to distinguish read vs unread using system theme with android 15 dark mode. It's almost as difficult to distinguish selected vs not selected. This was fine until the last update.

Where are settings for choosing what folders are included in the Unified inbox?

Currently, it is overwhelming having ALL drafts, sent, received, forwarded et al appearing.

Also, seems I can't really delete a simple email. I delete then it pops back up in Unified box. Apparently, even my trash is included. 🤷

I have yet to find "common" email settings to select and organize folders.

my email address with BT Internet.com has failed. wording states - 'network error' and also 'connection reset'. bt have stated that the problem is with Thunderbird. can you help please.

Running 11.0b3 on Android 11.

When I open a message I am no longer able to click at the bottom of the message to "Download complete message". This has been happening for a couple of beta releases now. I guess that this is only a problem when using the navigation buttons but although I use gestures on my tablet, I don't like them on my phone.

Hello, Installed the thunderbird app on android, the problem is, that the attachments in incoming messages are at the bottom, and if it is the long conversation you have to scroll all the way down to see the attachment, which is very inconvenient. Is it possible to change the settings so, that the attachments be shown at the top of the messeges?

There are certain emails that I get that in the email list display that show escaping HTML instead of data that would be human readable.

Its not all emails but it seems to be emails that maybe also have an image in the body of the email right away that is perhaps in a specific format that it happens.

I will attach screenshots. Target will be my example.

thank you for thunderbird! I have a fully functional thunderbird desktop installation w/ gpg smartcard support.

When I want to decrypt the same encrypted eMail on thunderbird mobile I get an "initialization failed" while presenting the NFC smartcard to the mobile phone.

What am I missing?
