I am on medical marijuana and I cannot use the site because email says I needs a new browser. Without this new browser I cannot get anything from the Medical Marijuana. Everything from the state goes through the email system. There Is a problem with my medical card. It is not working. I have been trying for over a week to get the code I need to open the site and order a new card. I was told that the fasted way to do this is to go through Lost or Stolen card. Cannot get where I need to go because of my email needs a new browser. I am on loop and cannot get off the merry-go-round without help, so please help me.

When I tried to go through, google wanted me to use a new address. bonniegeo346, however [email removed]@ gmail works. Does it matter which I use?

Please help me to get my old version back. This new version has among other things a huge long list of I guess emails with no content just numbers n, I want the old version back please this is too confusing and does not work for me. I was asked and said yes by mistake.

Recovery of thunderbird forced change of message structure. Old tried and true layout became irrecoverable. Install phase of new thunderbird is not the time to go dicking around with the existing data structures. (which you yourself decided on ages ago).

How do I roll back the unwanted "upgrade" of thunderbird ?

I just recently upgraded to the latest Thunderbird version and now the local folders I created that had thousands of old emails that I need for my business are all missing...gone...they folders now show as empty! Gone! When I do a global search the email snippets show up as if they are there, but when I click it on, says folder empty. I am trying to stay calm and not break down, but I need these back and I don't know what to do. Please help me find these and get them back. They were from 2008 to 2018. Thank you. I am on a Windows computer on Windows 11.

Have a copy of Firefox portable, that I use on a USB stick. Before Firefox 140, it updated properly. Now, I find that it keeps staying on version 135, even though it keeps telling me it has updated to the latest version. Puzzled by this. Can you please advise me on this problem?

how do i completely stop updates? or at least until i restart the browser, not the browser making me restart it. i have it set to "Check for updates but let you choose to install them", but its not really a choice if im forced to press the button to continue browsing...

it happens twice a day that firefox prevents me browsing and makes me wait 30 seconds for it to update after clicking the "restart firefox and update" button. very frustrating.

my old chrome book didn't install firefox..it said outdated , support ended ? i figuured it's time to get new ..i bought new chromebook from bestbuy..

firefox > google play store > downloaded/ install > .tar file..no good? .tar file won't open, or won't open fully..

1] firefox? mozilla? firefox focus? all suggested, get android-firefox or linux-firefox? android+forefox couldn't be located in google play? out of luck?

2] linux? i don't know a dame thing about linux..i don't have such computer skills?

3] 3rd sugestion was firefox desktop? same dame ? .tar file?

Installation of the latest version during installation proceeds to the Finish option then goes to a Blank Screen with a Done at the bottom. The screen eventually after multiple clicks responds with "Thunderbird isn't responding".

I had been using the client with no problems with multiplr email accounts! Very frustrating after multiple attempts to identify the problem including the Trouble shoter having the same problem. Pease Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
