Hello. I'm having trouble with my Bookmarks Menu. All it shows is my recent Bookmarks. When I click on manage bookmarks. It shows the folders that are supposed to be in the Bookmarks Menu. And I can see the Bookmarks I have added to those folders. But none of it shows up in the Bookmarks tab in my Firefox browser menu. It just says recent bookmarks at the top. And of course shows my recent Bookmarks. Any suggestions on how I can get it to show my folders?

I can't access my talk talk account on my desktop anymore. Talk talk say my password has been changed correctly and that if I go in via their website I can access my email - which I can. The man on the helpdesk (actual person) said this is because it is 'controlled' by Thunderbird and he thinks I should close the account via Thunderbird and open up a new one. I am loath to do this in case I lose all my old emails. I am a 69 year old techno phobe so an easy to follow reply would be much appreciated.

i want to know why firefox extension reporting requires the user to check a box near text that says that the user is telling the 'complete' and 'accurate' truth. that's impossible for a human. it's also cruel and unusual. why does mozilla apparently assume that every user is a judge and a lawyer in the united states who is also God? it doesnt make any sense. The only reason to use this website is that you're the only otpion without AI nonsense in it. Why on erth would you ever choose to do something that removes one of the primary reasons to use your service over competitors.

I don't want to see more AI features on this browser. I don't care for its harmful effects on the environment and I use Firefox to escape the bullshit of Google Chrome and other web browsers. I'm probably going to switch completely if more AI features are added.

Hi! I have seen that Mozilla will be moving forwards with integrating AI to Firefox. I am very uncomfortable with this, as AI poses a risk to the privacy and security that made me choose Firefox in the first place. If this is the case and AI is truly integrated (at least without an option to turn it off or opt-out completely) I will no longer use this browser and switch to something else. I enjoy Firefox so I am hoping that this will not be necessary....but we will see.

I keep getting sporadic crashes, and sometimes a tab crash (particularly on maps.google.com). I have the latest updates to all my software. What can I do to help prevent these crashes? At least once a day since Version 145 dropped Firefox has told me I need to restart to update. When I do, it shows a pop up telling my I am opening an older version of Firefox and need to create a new profile to avoid corrupting my data. Daily, sometimes twice a day I have to go in and switch profiles back to the profile that has all of my book marks. Every computer in our office has this issue now. One of them deleted a profile without prompting, and it is not even in the appdata folder with "deleteme" in front of it. It is just gone. The last update had tabs crash daily. Is there any hope of stopping the second broken update in a row from wasting my time fixing it every day?

I use Dropbox every day. I always access in the Firefox browser. As of yesterday, when I open Dropbox, it inidicates that it knows its me (I am logged in - upper right hand corner) but it will not connect. Did I accidently change a setting? Your help would be greatly appreciated. FYI. I can access like normal using Safari but I would prefer to keep using Firefox. Thanks. Dave

Even with just 1 tab open, Firefox is killing my laptop battery.

Win 11 PC laptop.

In background, it is using 40% to 50% of the laptop battery. I need much better performance from it. I have already turned off any settings I can find regarding Firefox's background functions. When I quit Firefox I want it completely off.

How can I do that?

This is only the latest in a long string of stuff your browser does badly, and if not for the fact you are the only browser Youtube cannot block ad blockers on, I would have tossed your browser a long time ago.

For some reason, the Menu Bar kept coming up, even after I disabled it. I tired a few about:config things, the one that seemed to work was to disable the ALT key. But I still can't click anything in a game with my mouse while firefox is open. I have two monitors. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I've looked around the internet and I can't seem to find my exact problem. Please, please help!

My browser stopped loading certain pages, like Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon. Caches are cleared, extensions are disabled, tried service mode. Other browsers seem to have no problem loading these sites. What can be the problem?

I have a rather strange problem and I'm not sure this is the right topic. I generally use my computer on and off all day and I never lock it until the evening when I turn it off. I went out for several hours today and when I came back there was a new version of Firefox installed. When I opened Firefox I realized it was a new version because it would not let me logon until I had completed a profile. My old version never did this. In addition all of my saved passwords had disappeared as well as my bookmarks. I'm using a Dell laptop running Win 11, about 2 years old. I don't understand how this could happen. There was no one here while I was out. I looked to see if there was a saved profile but only the one in use showed up. The current version appears to be 145.0.1. One thing that might have something to do with it. I might have been asked yesterday if I wanted to synch firefox on my computers but I'm not sure how I answered this (I'm almost 90 and my memory is a bit imperfect).

I do have Firefox on a second desktop which is running Win 10. Is it possible to use that profile. That computer has not been turned on since this happebd and is currently asleep. Any help or suggestions will really be appreciated!
