i try access some web video online but can't access example is www.123-hdd.com or www.037hd-movies.com When i access it sow message error is.

   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

but i try by chrome or microsoft edge can open the website normally. Please help me. how to fix this error.

I'm trying to get into an ai content creating site, that is open to all users, as in a family site. and mozilla (didn't know they had security until now) with no idea what kinda security I've already got, decides to have a god complex first thing in the morning, right down to the part when I say, I'll accept the risk and go forward. They ignore that part, as if I didn't click the button. Yes, I know that's a chapter right out of Microsoft's book, I had to double check it myself. What gives?!?

I don't know if there's anywhere else that allows you to report bugs, so I'll do it here. Currently, you cannot swipe away download pop-ups on the mobile version of firefox beta and it covers screen elements for as long as it persists. It's a minor bug that removes your ability to tap anything on the bottom of the screen for 20 seconds or so when it timesout. An example is in the image I gave. The screen pop-up continues to block any interactions behind it.

I cannot find "Sync and save data" button in my mobile browser, making it impossible to sync the devices. The instructions provided by the settings lead me into the dead end.

Hi, Every time I search using Firefox (especially through the address bar or default search), SafeSearch is automatically enabled — even though I never turned it on and don’t want it. I’ve tried checking Firefox settings, search engine settings, and even my browser profile, but nothing seems to work.

I’m not sure if this is a browser setting, an issue with my account, or something being forced externally (like by Google or Bing).

Can someone tell me:

Why SafeSearch is always on?

How can I turn it off permanently?

Is this tied to Firefox itself or to the search engine provider?

Using latest Firefox version on Android 15.

i accidentally refreshed my firefox and ii got my profile back .. but i accidentally deleted it .. after contacting a local wizard and going on a quest i found my profile sitting in a dark corner of my drive.. it seemed to all be okay but i saw my awesome theme was gone !! after checking to see if i still had my awesome extensions they were ALSO GONE !! everything else is here though like my passwords and stuff.. where are my extensions and awesome seal theme !! im scared and alone !!!! help me mozilla helpers !!

Firefox was updated on my computer on 7/23/25. I can no longer access some of my applications. I tried Outlook and everything worked fine. Help me out here, everything was working just fine before the update, and I want to return to a working version. Thanx.
