I absolutely needing your help because i went through research about mozilla how helpful it is for people to be part of mozilla family because their support really make sense by, it really help people with mozilla account to make sure there account is well secure for more protection i really like the app so now i want this mozilla family or mozilla support to help me learn more about this app an also what are some of the articles about mozilla an also the community forum all this matters when it comes learning about mozilla thank you am waiting for your reply.

I am unable to use my Firefox for desktop since the last update. It started refreshing by itself and, upon restart, I tried setting a main password but it never accepted one even though the same password works on Firefox mobile (which I am using right now to write this from an Android phone). I tried Uninstaller and reinstalling again wiping everything but everything I try to login to sync on Firefox desktop I get "Unexpected error" as soon as I type my email (it's not even asking for a password)

Firefox 140.10.2esr Windows 11

Opened Firefox this morning and it said I was using an old version of Firefox and it couldn't load my profile. I have always used the esr version.

I had a look at the compatibility.ini file under my profile and it had version 150.xx. Is that a bug with the last update?

To recover I backed up my profile then changed the compatibility version to the version of Firefox I am using. I was able to load my profile and while all my bookmarks and settings are there, my saved credentials are not. The key4.db and logins.json file are both still under my profile folder, they just don't seem to be recognised; no errors. Viewing the logins.json shows my encrypted credentials.

Does anyone know what is going on and how to resolve?

I just changed my email address from [email 1 removed]@gmail.com to [email 2 removed]@gmail.com. However, [email 2 removed]@gmail.com was locked and I kindly request to have it unlocked. I prefer to use the new email address [email 2 removed]@gmail.com.

The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.
