"The STAT command did not succeed. Error getting message number and sizes. Mail server pop.gmail.com responded: [AUTH] Invalid credentials" message. Desktop/Dell, Windows 10. Added gmail account last month. Worked normally. send and receive. 4 days ago, started to get this STAT message. Tried various solutions. Authentications shows Oauth2. I removed the account, then re-added it. Same message. gmail continues to work normally on my iPad/Safari.

Certain websites make my external monitor go black. Most websites are fine, but for some it just goes to black. Only removing and attaching the HDMI to my laptop again, will make the screen return to normal. Could some kind of DRM check be the issue in some way? This is because it happens on netflix.com for example, or apple tv+.

When attempting to connect to https://FIDELITY.COM it continues at "performing a TLS handshake to CFA fidelity.com , but won't connect .

Never had this issue. All my other bookmarks work fine.

Fidelity tech support could not identify a problem on their end. Have had clients experience same problem.

Suggested I try Microsoft Edge browser , which works.

Would prefer to connect with Firefox.

Any help is appreciated.

When clicking on the link to folder ( file:///Y:/ network drive) Windows explorer is not opening this link. We get a this error message. This is just only one time accident on one computer and it's really making harder to work for that employee.

Members kindly helped me with bcc advice a few days ago. I now have another issue so hope someone can help me with this. I am doing a commercial mailshot to a few hundred customers but need to stay legal and so must put an UNSUBSCRIBE link in the bottom of the email. Does anyone have a step by step idiot-proof method of doing this please. Thanks in advance.

The new install is disasterous. To log in is unreliable. I have looked to support documents for what the process is to log in and the instructions make no sense... it basically says that data will be lost no matter what you do ... and it is so. I would like to see a demo on youtube as what mozzilla was trying to accomplish ... its not like any login I have ever come across. Its really bizzar. After 2 days I was able to only get 2 of three devices configured ... it brakes really easy. If I get one device synced, the other sync with good device breaks.

Its too broken to grab images. If tried restarting the computer, reinstalling firefox, resetting passwords ....

Firfox used to be fantastic...

I have installed thunderbird on my new laptop. Windows 11. I have installed my aol mail account without problems. Works fine. I have loaded my yahoo address and it is receiving emails nicely. But if I try to send it says” error. Mail server responded. Request failed. Mailbox unavailable. Verify that your email address is correct in account settings and try again.” Any suggestions please

I can no longer view my calendar on Thunderbird. It allows me to put in "new events" and they show up in the daily pane. What do I need to do so I can see my past calendars?

There appears to be a "Bug" / Glitch or Compatibility issues with the Add-On "Expression Search" {by Opto} and the latest version of ThunderBird.

When this Add-On is not Active, if you Right-Click on any of the Open Tabs on the Top Row, while using Thunderbird and then use MOVE TO NEW WINDOW (that is, Move a Tab to a New Window), it works fine. But once this Add-On is Active, the Move to New Window starts malfunctioning.

When the Add-On is Active, if you try to Move {one of the Tabs on the Top Row} To New Window, the New Window does pop up, and the Screen Appears as the one shown in the attachment.. but the Contents of the Tab {or the correspondng email} does not Appear.

Can someone pls solve ?

Expression Search is an extremely useful and powerful Add-On and would like to continue using this. However, the above bug / glitch or incompatibility is preventing me from using this ADD-ON.

For the last couple of updates to Macos Thunderbird, starting with 10.n, the sort order on all mailboxes is changed from unthreaded to threaded.

How do I prevent this?

Hello! I have been using Bitwarden extension on MAC since I set it up more than a year ago. Bitwarden is installed on Raspberry Pi server and uses self-signed certificate. The other day I logged off and currently I am not able to login with the same username and master password. I tried many ways to get to my vault but get message saying my username or password is not correct. In the same time I can get access to my Bitwarden data over web interface with the same credentials. Regards, Alex

when creating an account, i simply typed in my age (21), but something went wrong and i ended up w a message that my age is too small and that its impossible to create an account. hilariously enough, i managed to repeat the process and successfully log in w chrome, but i cant figure out how to solve this issue within firefox itself. basically closing and reopening it wont work cuz i still get same age too small page

I changed the password on my Yahoo mail account several times due to hijacking of my mail account. Thunderbird will no longer let me send mail or forward mail. It asks for the password but it wont accept it. Why. how do I get Thunderbird to store my password for Yahoo? This is very aggravating to say the least. This means I have to go into Yahoo to send the mail or to forward the mail got. I did not have this problem until I changed my password. Lets get this fixed so we don't have to have all these problems.
