In my Thunderbird, (Linux Mint16- using American English) the word "honor" is flagged as an error. I know I can add it to my own dictionary but shouldn't "honor" be a recognized word? How/when does the spell-check dictionary get updated? How can I request that "honor" be added? Of all the things not to have in this organization, "honor" would seem to be the last. It surely cannot be that the word was omitted on purpose, can it?

I'm guessing that I don't speak any other languages well enough to check but I would be interested to know if the corresponding word is missing in other localizations. That's just curiousity but curiousity is a force to be reckoned with.

Websites look extremely ugly because of the white borders surrounding icons. I've tried using CSS code I found on Reddit from posts that - I think - are related to my issue, but they proved fruitless.

What CSS/Setting do I have to disable to get rid of this?

I receive monthly emails from the same source but thunderbird will not let me file them because an email with the same address already exist (of course, it comes from the same source, how else can I file it?)

why do all my attachments in emails go directly to downloads and not to view

i cannot print any web page from Firefox. The print option only offers me the option to save as PDF. Firefox is not detecting either my Brother laser printer or my Epson inkjet printer. if i use the print using system dialogue option fire fox shows a printer screen which has a simple entry of line prntr. If that is selected nothing at all happens. Clearly Firefox cannot detect my printers. If I save the web pages to a PDF file then open that file I can then get the normal system printing options and print the page. But all that does is clutter up my file system with files I will only ever use once. This proves the problem is clearly in Firefox and in its inability to detect system printers. I have tried all the suggestions from the help screens to no avail. Is there any other means of sorting this print problem.

Just heard from David who advised not to enter the secure key until asked. After the automatic opening cycle when thunderbird seems to be trying to get out, there is a window in which you can put your password. That is where I have put it (twice). Is this not the place.? Or the timing?

So I've gotten your phone just like my other one. But my SIM was messed up so I had to get in his SIM and I threw my phone away. Come find out if Somebody took it out of garbage. Now there's a network via I Vi can. I've never had any problems with them. Yeah, I don't yet other than. v 52.8.0 (32 bit) - How do I move to the next email message when I have an email open and I just want to stay on the message pane I am on (i.e., do not close the message pane to return to the Inbox), and simply move to the next (read or unread) message? I do not see any option to go BACK (to the PREVIOUS) or FORWARD (to the NEXT) email? Are these buttons available for use within the message pane, and I am just not seeing them?

Otherwise, it seems I have to close the message pane, which returns me to the Inbox pane (or whatever "box" I was in), and then I have to click to open the NEXT email.

On the Inbox pane, however, there are options to customize and add buttons to the Menu Bar for Back, Forward, Next, etc. (or use key combinations: Go > Next....), but this is irrelevant (and fails to work) when I want to stay on the open message pane and move to the Next or Prior (Un)Open message.
